Important: You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use this model. Some lights will not work unless you have it. This model also uses DLS for the red spotlight and lightbar takedowns, so if you use this model in FiveM they may not be able to work properly.
I'm finally back! Here's the CHP 2020 FPIU with GM's new base. This model is using some new and/or improved parts that will eventually be added to my other CHP stuff in updates, so this is what you can expect in the future. I hope you guys enjoy!

My 2023 AWD CHP Liberty II Charger is finally here! I didn't think it would take this long, but I ended up updating a lot more parts than I first thought. This model has a bunch of stuff which will be added through updates to my other cars soon, the biggest changes are the new liveries and the new interior.
I'd also like to take a moment to thank Alex for his help with this, he really helped make this possible with his knowledge on the 2023s and I don't think it would've come out as good as it did without him.

This release has 7 models, with each one being a specific spec:

As per usual, there's CHP and SAHP livery options for every livery. The reflective stickers are also optional, they can be changed between CHP/SAHP/None. The Add-On and FiveM files already have the CHP liveries with the CHP reflective stickers. One thing to note is that I'm changing how I do liveries in the YTDs, the polar bear liveries are no longer in the hardtop YTDs by default since it's not a proper spec.

Here's a 2021 CHP GoRhino Charger that I made real quick. It's pretty similar to my CHP 2020 Charger, just that the rambar is changed and the extra numbers were switched slightly. There are CHP and SAHP livery options to choose from as well as some extra livery options such as ghosted liveries, the standard CHP textures are already in the FiveM and Add-On files.

Here's a 2022 AWD CHP Charger I made real quick, I figured since I'm doing the AWD Chargers I might as well start with this one. The black ghosted livery has made a return with this model, I removed it from my other models since I'm finally doing the AWD cars and it didn't belong on those.
There's CHP/SAHP versions for every livery and extra volunteer liveries available as an option. The reflective stickers are also optional, they can be changed between CHP/SAHP/None. The Add-On and FiveM files already have the CHP liveries with the CHP reflective stickers.

Here's my 2019 California Highway Patrol Charger. This is the Pre-EV20 Charger, so it has a different interior, some different lighting, and different light patterns compared to the EV-20 models that I've already released. There's CHP/SAHP texture options available, as well as a few additional optional liveries. The standard CHP textures are already included in the FiveM and Add-On files.
Unlike the other Chargers I've released, this 2019 comes with 4 models instead of 2. The first two are models with angled raiders on the rambar, which is the standard setup. The last two models are with forward facing raiders on the rambar, which wasn't common but it did exist.

Here are the 2019 and 2020 Unmarked CHP Chargers used by Captains. They're both pretty similar so I decided to release them together. There are no liveries for these but there's still CHP/SAHP texture options because of the CHP cones and CHP medical bag in the trunk. The CHP textures are already in the FiveM and Add-On files.
The screenshots only show the versions with hubcaps, but there's more versions I added with the 1.3 update. The new versions are the same as the hubcaps but with different wheel options.

Here's the 2.0 update for my 2009 CHP Unmarked CVPI model. This update is pretty similar to the 2.0 update I recently did for my 2011 CHP CVPIs, just with some specific changes for the unmarked version.
There are CHP and SAHP options to choose from, this option only changes the textures for the trunk equipment since it has no liveries.

Some paintable options from my 2011 CVPIs come with this car, but it's not intended to be used if you're going for a realistic look. I have them on this car just so all of my CHP CVPIs have a uniform look, as the paint option versions look slightly different than the regular versions.

Here's the long awaited 2.0 update for my 2011 CHP CVPI models. This was the biggest update for any of my CHP models and a lot has changed from the previous version, including DLS support.
There are CHP and SAHP livery options to choose from, as well as optional CHP/SAHP Volunteer liveries. The standard CHP textures are already in the FiveM and Add-On files.

All paint colors besides the primary color (Secondary, Wheel, Dash, Trim) will change different parts of the car. This is so you can do different combinations of white equipment with the Polar Bear liveries. The paint will change the mirror beams, rambar, grille, and rear trim. The white bumper raiders are also intended for the Polar Bear liveries.

Here's a 2014 CHP Westin FPIU I've had for some time now. Now that I'm happy with the 2015 Setina FPIU and I have no other planned changes on it right now, I figured I would release this too with all the same fixes the 2015 received over time.
Please note that the pictures for this model are slightly outdated, they were taken before I did some final changes. The changes made were to the materials of the siren controller and 500 Series Stick, and I added the screws for the power connector.
There are some options to choose from including SAHP and CHP textures, with the CHP textures already in the FiveM and Add-On files.

Here's a 2015 CHP FPIU I have been working on for a little while now. This is my first CHP release to support DLS, and I plan on supporting DLS for all of my CHP models going forward. Older CHP models of mine will also be updated to support DLS over time.
There are some options to choose from including SAHP and CHP textures, with the CHP textures already in the FiveM and Add-On files.

Important: This model has two versions, one using 20 sirens and one using 32 sirens. You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use the 32 siren version. DLS is only supported for the 32 siren model. The 32 siren model is better, but I included the 20 siren version for people who do not use SirenSetting Limit Adjuster.

Here's another one of my old livery projects I recently found. This is probably the oldest livery project I have but I still like it.
Feel free to edit this if you want, there was a version without the AO map that I could try to find if it's something you guys want.
I don't have the PSD for this anymore, so I won't be updating this in the future.

I recently rediscovered a few of my random livery projects from 2021-2023, and I figured it couldn't hurt to release some of the better ones in case anybody wants them. If I had to guess, this livery is probably from late 2021 to early 2022. It may not fit newer CVPI models, but feel free to edit it if you wish. I don't have the PSD anymore, so I won't be updating this myself.
