About This File

By: Officer93

This has been a long time coming. This is a personal favorite for me. I hope you all enjoy and be sure to check out some of my other mod releases, including the Baltimore County Fire Dept. and ambulance. This is a reminder that this pack is designed for realism.

This Pack includes: Vehicle Textures, Uniforms, Computer Screen, and Siren

Uniforms

I have included the Baltimore County Police Uniform with the files.

The textures in the folder simply replace parts of the existing uniform from the game for the ped: m_y_cop.wtd

The files that are included are:

lowr_diff_000_a_uni

uppr_diff_000_a_uni

uppr_diff_001_a_uni

uppr_diff_002_a_uni

uppr_diff_003_a_uni

Installation Guide

(if ped is already installed):

1. Open SparkIV or OpenIV

2. Click browse; scroll down & click cdimages

3. Click on componentpeds.img

4. Click on the m_y_cop.wtd file and click edit

5. Find the above texture names and import these textures

6. Save and you are finished

Computer Screen

This is the actual computer screen for the Baltimore County Police Department.

Zclient32 V5 is one of the most common emergency data commmunication software used.

Other than the BCoPD, it is used by the Harris County PD, Motgomery County PD, and Houston PD and FD to name a few.

It is the most realistic you will find. It is completely made from scratch.

The png. simply replaces the existing lcpdfr screen on the computer.

Installation Guide:

1. Open GTA IV root folder

2. Click on the LCPDFR Folder

3. Replace the mainmenu.png with this .png and you are finished

Siren

RLS Siren (Remote Lighted Siren)

This is the exact siren I already released previously.

Includes wail, yelp, hyper-yelp, and hi-lo

THE SIREN IS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THIS FILE PACK

Here is the link to the siren release

Installation:

make sure to back-up existing files first.

Using OpenIV or SparkIV; go to PC < Audio < sfx < resident.rpf < RESIDENT < replace HORNS.ivad with the extracted file from the folder.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REUPLOAD, DISTRIBUTE, OR EDIT THIS FILE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION UNLESS IT IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE YOU MAY HAVE CAUSED TO YOUR GAME.
