you should be able to still use this in LSPDFR single player, just need to convert it. And just change the vehicle name to the replacement vehicle, that should be all you need to do. 🙂

by the way: just create an els file with the right name, set it to auto or euro and disable all extras and you will be able to use stage 3 lightning and sirens via els. never had a problem to do so.
