This mod will replace the Handcuff Sound FX file. This mod enhances (in my opinion) the sound that plays when you (as a LCPDFR player !) arrest a suspect(s)

MAIN FEATURES

  • Enhances and replaces the Handcuff Sound FX LCPDFR plays as you arrest a suspect.
  • Does not cause crashing ! But this mod doesn't prevent crashes

it seems the bitrate is a little lower.. if you can re export to match the original settings of the sounds i will use both of these. also there seems to be an echo on the sound. but nice idea. though! 3/5
