NYSP uses the 2012 Charger[in testing], Chevy Impala[in testing], Ford Interceptor[in testing], Tahoe and Vic. All of which are black except the vics. Those are blue because NYSP just started testing the black decal on their newer vehicles. It not only saves the dept. $500 per vehicle, but they also look sleek.
