How do you make it so the rotating lights work?

Can someone help me with the handling? Yes, i read the read me which only gave the Handling Code(Or whatever :P) and I dont know how to fix/install it.

Doesn't ELS v8 work for this car?

My only complaint is the lights overlapping. Ok so say you have your caution lights on and your primary's some of the lights do the same functions

how are you supposed to install this car? I have ELS but the lights still won't work

Anyone have a template for this? if so pls send that to me. that would be awesome

The red part of the lightbar won't show up for me? It's clear for some reason, never had this issue before. Any resolutions ?

loving this vehicle but the els lacks radiance, otherwise its a great vehicle and its really good.
