@VenoxityHello, can I ask where I should put the texture folder if it is not written anywhere in the manual or here on the page?

if it's the texture for SimpleHUD, read the readme for that mod.

I can't join the Discord. I'm in over the limit for non-nitro users.

It should work as intended.

Well, it looks like I can't change the keybinds, so until the documentation is updated  with where you get the keybinds from, I can only use this mod for the engine and damage script

These are the keybinds I set:

[CONTROLS]
HazardKey = Back
LeftBlinkerKey = Subtrat
RightBlinkerKey = Add
BlinkerModifierKey = None
EngineKey = None
EngineModifierKey = None

Currently there is no way to set keys to None that I am aware of. Will have to test this tho.

I wanted to mention the same thing here, changing keybinds in .ini has no effect in-game.

Can I post a suggestion here? Can you add an option to disable the prompt "hold F when exiting the vehicle to keep the engine running" in future updates?

i will take a look at the keybind issue, do you mind posting your current config? And I already have that in my backlog, a way to disable notifications will be added in the upcoming version.

I removed this plugin after I found out that changing keys in .ini does not work.

From what I can recall when testing this plugin, this was my config for the controls:

HazardKey = OemPeriod
LeftBlinkerKey = OemMinus
RightBlinkerKey = OemPlus
BlinkerModifierKey = None
EngineKey = Oemcomma
EngineModifierKey = None

Currently, “None” isn’t supported which is probably the reason you’re having issues. I will get this fixed ASAP. It will be included in the keybind overhaul in the next update. Look forward to you hopefully using this plugin once keybind none support gets fixed. Changing Keys do work inside of the mod, it’s just because you’re using “None” and it’s tryna look for that key, but it doesn’t exist. But I will include a fix

What am I supposed to do with the simplemenu.ytd file in the 'textures' folder? The documentation doesn't specify

If its anything like SimpleHUD, the ReadMe from that mod says, "For simplehud.ytd go to mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > textures > script_txds.rpf in OpenIV and place it inside there make sure edit mode is on." So I would imagine this is the same through OpenIV. @Venoxity please correct me if I'm wrong.

Correct but that ytd file was renamed to simplemenu. You just got to delete the simplehud.ytd
