This mod edits your average peds in GTA V. Cops, EMTs, firemans to your regular postman. It Gives them a fresh new look with over a hundred different combos of face variations and hair and it changes theirs uniforms to look like the one used in EUP.

Installation

2) Once the main files are installed, download the Recommended config meta files, and install the content in your update.rpf with openIV

If you use cop holster (recommended) and/or Ultimate Backup, I included xml files for you to place in your plugins folder


NOTE
- Without the recommended meta configs files, you'll experience peds with hair clippinf through their hat, inconsistent ambient spawns and dispatch system.

For Cop Holster plugin: (Needed in order for the gun holster, taser and baton to properly display on/off)

No worries, I can deal with slightly inconsistent ambient spawns and/or an incorrect dispatcher in the meantime. I haven’t noticed the ambient spawns to be noticeably inconsistent anyway.

Super sorry for the late response, You can put it in the YTD of whatever file you put the model in. it does not matter where it goes really as its just a texture although your going to have to put it in the YTD of where you added your model.

Experiencing an issue with CopHolster… having to keep reloading it after going on-duty in order for the gun model on tool-belt to reappear upon holstering (happens with all models). Moreover, please consider editing LSPDFR’s meta files concerning spawning.

@Alex_Ashfold  Hello, this has taken over my game, and is now my full time EUP bc i love it. if you update this could you make it so 1 shirt can have 2-3 textures for it like i believe EUP has.

How come only a small percentage of the police peds have the uniform? theres mostly the vanilla ones. I did the OIV one by the way.

I love it; so far mostly good.
Except for one thing, nobody shows up when calling backup through UB, but this happens only to PD; had to use the LSPDFR backup menu instead. 

I have no problem calling fire and EMS through UB. 
I did try reinstalling everything and checked the config files. Since I am not using the addon vehicles, so I chose the default vehicles. But no luck.

Does anyone know anything else I can do?

@Alex_Ashfold Would I be able to get the data for the faces of the ped models in this pack?  I was hoping to create a roleplay server with these peds instead of the original EUP, but at the same time I'd like my players to be able to use the original freemode peds with the same faces used in this pack (in case they wanted to use different clothing than the uniforms).
