Resource rfscat9 does not support the current game (gta5).

Resource rfscat9 does not specify an 'fx_version' in fxmanifest.lua.

To fix this, in the fxmanifest, you gotta do 

game 'gta5'

and you must add

fx_version 'cerulean'

to the fxmanifest file...

That's only because in the FiveM ready files it contains a "resource.lua" change it to a fxmanifest.lua and you'll be all good.
