1.9 Update.

Replaced the original Pump Shotgun sound.

Added a snapping sound when a bullet lands near you.

Fixed a pretty big issue, where nearby peds had different pistol sounds

Weapon Sound Pack

Includes most guns that you'll use during a patrol. If you feel that some are missing, let me know.

FAQ

What is the difference between the 5 versions?

The only difference is the Pistol sounds. The rest stays the same in all version.

I've added this so you can choose which sound you prefer.

 Fixed an issue where some of the VARIETYS had wrong files in them.

Do not complain to me that I've caused your game to crash as I've tested out every version and everything works fine. Worst case scenario install the uninstall option.

    Been a fan of this pack for a long time, I love your work. I noticed you updated the pack so I downloaded the new update, I enjoyed every bit of the pack but I did notice one thing I wasn't a fan of the new Carbine Rifle sound personally I prefer the old one this one is still nice but as I said the previous one is more my cup of tea. My question to you Jacob is if you could allow us to download older versions, as we could use certain sounds from each version, for example I would match the old Carbine Rifle sound with the new "Varity 2".

    Hello, thanks for the feedback! Though unfortunately, I cannot do that since I accidentally included one of the  RGS sounds so I removed the version. So sadly that is impossible unless you have the old versions somewhere on your computer. Though I think i have the old version so incase I can just send you the wav files of the carbine rifles through discord.

    When I use the variety 3 and i test the combat pistol the sound just stops mid gun shot sound.

    Go to x64>audio>sfx. Not ur mods folder!!

    There u drop the WEAPONS_PLAYER.RPF I provided.

    If u run into an issue where it says modified bla bla bla then install archive fix here.

    If u have no idea how to use archive fix it's very simple just drag and drop the weapons_player.rpf into the exe file.

    If u are still having issues write me on discord.

    The taser sound is vanilla. I'm working on releasing 1.0 which hopefully should include a taser sound too!

    does this version fix the sound ending at the end? I've went ahead and faded the audio for V2 myself using audacity but it would be better to have an official one.

    No, not yet. I've been working on just adding sounds and I've done this nearly a month ago but this week I decided to finish it and make the oiv files. I still need t

    o fix V2 and also fix some issues in the new update but I'm really lacking on time but as soon as summer starts I 'l start releasing fixes. Sorry about that!

    Hmm u see the thing is I don't know if it works or not haha! But I assumed it worked as no one was complaining but now I'm doubting myself that it doesn't work.

    There is a bug with the manual install Carbine Rifle (I haven't tested the OIVS for it only manual install) After installing the rifle sounds the gun doesn't shoot.

    That is cause of the weapons.awc goes past the limit. That's why I recommend installing through OIV since it is optimized for the file, though I understand you just wanna change the carbine rifle. Recommend this.
