9/11 Badge 1.0

I was really disappointed in my last version of this badge so instead of updating it I remastered it with all the mesh editing and bump mapping I learned from my cancer awareness badge! I did make this for the gang task force members, but you can use it on anything you still need EUP MENU AND EUP L&O to use this badge! I recommend using San Andreas Ultimate Backup [EUP] 3.5 still but its up to you! You can use it with any EUP Vest as well!
