Hello people!

I got back into LSPDFR (modding and playing) and it bugged me, that there was no real way to either properly ticket parked vehicles for roleplay reasons (or the reason of how GTA places vehicles sometimes) and also no real way to just play as parking enforcement in general! Well now there is! This plugin comes with a full system to check if vehicles have paid for parking (you can choose the streets on which that is required!), ticket vehicles for various things (citations are editable!) and more to make Los Santos safer (and also richer)! It will either allow you to ticket parked vehicles that you just come by on duty or go out and enforce the city's parking regulations full time!

 

Features:

 

- Ticket menu when close to a vehicle

- View previous parking citations of that vehicle

- Check a vehicles parking ticket. Do they have one? Is it for the right zone? Is it still valid?

- Give tickets with customizable offenses to a vehicle (ticket related like "expired parking ticket" and general like "parking on the sidewalk")

- View tickets given out by you this shift

- Edit the streets that require payment for parking (through an ingame menu)

- Get attacked (rarely) by drivers who hate you now because you just ticketed them

 

XML-Files:

There are two XML-Files in the plugins own folder. Offenses.xml which contains the offenses you can put on tickets and Streets.xml (will generate at first start) which contains your selection of streets where payment for parking is not required! Feel free to edit the Offenses, leave the Streets alone, use the general menu ingame instead!

You can share both those files with the community after editing them!

 

How to use:

 

F5 will bring up the ticket menu when close to a vehicle. Here you can handle the vehicle as you see fit!

Q will bring up the general menu. Here you can view given out tickets and edit the streets as mentioned!

The menus are quite self explainatory!

You can edit keybindings and more in the provided ini file!

 

Installation:

Drag the provided files into your GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR directory, tadaaa!

 

You will need RageNativeUI for this to work!

For certain functions you do need StopThePed by Bejoljo (optional) which I highly recommend anyways!

 

 

If you find any bugs, want to see things changed or added, either leave a comment or write me a PM. As this is a BETA there will be an update in the near future tackling bugs & implementing requests!

Just installed it, works great, no crashes and I have a lot of mods running. Only suggestion is to rename the tickets issued by the officer to citations and anything that allows you to park to a permit. It was confusing that both things were called tickets. It would clear that up to use different words for the different items. So I'd check for a valid permit, and if none is present then I issue a citation.

 

Great mod, adds more options than just always towing illegally parked vehicles. Thanks for the work.

    Your problem here is you have traffic policer active at the same time as BPE, uninstall TP and BPE should work fine

    I'm having an issue remapping keys via Ini file. some times it will default back to Q and F5 and work properly, other times it will default back and the menu will appear momentarily then disappear, no luck with actually remapping tho.

    love the mod however, after i am playing for a about 10 min or so, it causes my game to crash.  I tested this by removing it, no more issues when its not installed.  I also verified that I have the latest version of NativeUI.

    I think it's a good idea, it's a change from always having the same repetitive missions.
    On the other hand, it works one time out of 3.
    When I press the Q key the menu does not stay and the same for the F5 key.
    Small bug I think

    This is a cool start - i tried desperately to get a ped to attack but to no avail, i ticked a lot of cars! would it possible to allow for the probability to be altered for that occurrence? between 0-100% chance? I am interested to see where this mod goes from here! there are some aspects I dont quite understand - when is it ever justified to have a 'no ticket' zone? lol where can I share the video I made demonstrating and playing this mod? I have it on my youtube channel.

    So I have this alongside Stop the Ped / Compulite which are plugins that are not available for download on this site... 

    I use this for parked vehicles and Stop the Ped / Compulite to issue citations to the individual at a traffic stop.

    i know thanks,but sometimes compulite crashes,thats why i was hoping to see traffic stop tickets in this mod.

    Since few weeks, I have a hard time to open menu of your plugin in game to give a ticket to a car... Im using the right keybind and i need to spam the buttons many many times before it open. if I click once it won't show up at all

    I loved this mod, too bad that after 15 minutes of playing it, LSPDFR crashes. An update of this mod would be awesome

    This mod still works as intended. I don't see a reason for an update.

    Yes the mod itself works, but it crashes my game every 20 minutes. By removing the mod, everything works again without problems. So the problem is definitely the mod

    Mod works perfectly fine without crashing after a while, atleast for me 😕
