btw there is a guy on gta5mods that makes retro packs too but his are non els which kinda sucks

Yeah I know about Lozano71's Pack. I like the non els stuff he does. I have his pack installed too. But I prefer ELS and I couldn't find anything I wanted, so I made it.

someone uploaded a few LSPD (lapd theme) throwbacks like these but the rotators didnt have the same reflective ability yours have   you did good with the detail

For all of those that are having issues with the light popping out or not working I found this out the hard way myself. ELS for these are ran via open IV not how we use to place them in the game folder. Also they need to be in the default folder of ELS. Once there ....man they are pretty!!

Love the pack! Unfortunately, I'm also having issues with the lights working. Some work though not flashing as they should, and some don't work correctly at all. I've got a mix of vehicles in game, all ones with rotating lights are all your vehicles that include ones from this pack, your 97 and 98 CVPI pack and your 94 Caprice pack. Ones that don't flash correctly are the 97 CVPI MX7000 from the 97 CVPI pack. The ones that don't rotate or work at all correctly are the 94 Caprice Aerodynic from the 94 Caprice pack, the 98 CVPI MX7000 from the 98 CVPI Pack, and both FBI vehicles from this pack. My modded siren also doesn't come through on all these cars, it defaults to the police bike siren.

Edit: I think I figured out the siren issue, I'll have to fix the ELS config for audio. It looks like it's not using the modded siren files, that won't be a hard fix at all.

2nd Edit: Siren issue was fixed, light issue was not. Also, I followed the readme file exactly as it said, and it did not act as a replacement, only a dlc. I had originally went in to each of the dlc files and picked out and exported which cars I wanted to use, and then manually replaced them in each respective patchday folder for specific cars and I thought maybe that was causing the light rotation issue so I went and installed this file as the dlc via the readme and now I'm in this pickle of it not replacing the cars as mentioned in one of your comments. However, the 97 and 98 CVPI packs and 94 Caprice pack now rotate and flash correctly when put in as their dlc but not when exported and replacing specific police cars.

Love this pack. Got most of the lights working except for the FBI2. Was this meant to be a rotator, because that is how it is showing in game...

Yes, it's supposed to rotate. It's got a custom made whelen advantedge lightbar on it. I'm glad you like the pack. Thanks.

This is such a nice pack!!! 

But for me all suv´s have blacked out lightbars, but I don´t know what to do. Can someone help?

@apoundofapplesIs the Expedition (Sheriff2) flipping over, a known issue? Or am I the only one experiencing this? I scrolled through the comments but didn't find anyone talking about it. Every other vehicle works just fine. But the Expedition is undrivable at the moment.

Love this pack. I'm a huge fan of the 90s fleet. you totally nailed this one. my only issue is my Sheriff2 (Expedition) flips over easily, however I don't have anything in my handling meta to fix it

Loving the retro cars. My first patrol car when I started law enforcement had an MX-7000 with clear domes and color filters. Problem- half of the vehicles have blacked out lights. I checked for tint but Simple Trainer shows as no tint applied.

NEVERMIND, just saw the fix on page.

I dont know if you still care about this mod, but as soon as i installed it, GTA crashes on "initializing game support" with error "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" Please help.

So i got the game to load, but the lights are permanently on. Not  necessarily rotating, but just... on. And even though i have ELS and all the VCFs are in the right place, the sirens arent working with ELS.

It may be a while, but I am in the process of updating the pack.

This is a great looking pack by the way apoundofapples, 

but is it possible to also add the 90's aerodynic lightbar to the crown vic and the chevy caprice like it used to be in the 90's? LAPD had a lot of them back in the days. And maybe also a chevy or gmc police transport van. This would be really great, if you can add those along with the mx7000 lightbars which already exists in the pack.

rotators don't work for me, sheriff suv is flipping. thats the car why i've loaded the whole dlc. so i hope a reworked dlc will come out soon, without a flipping suv and working rotators!

Awesome pack!  I have been able to fix all the blacked out lights except for the pranger which is already <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />    any idea on how to fix?
