READ THE "IMPORTANT.txt" file BEFORE INSTALLING

 

This plugin adds small but detailed enhancements to LSPDFR to improve your gameplay experience.

 

PUBLIC FEATURES:

  • Officer Responds with radio animation and voice ( fast selection of officer's male voice by pressing Alt +  Y )
  • Added Officer reports suspect killed on live taking down (during pursuits)
  • Added animations on ped's  ID look up 
  • Now the animation can be finally stopped with also B key (instead the previous only Back & Esc keys)
  • Added officer respond animation from police vehicle (only in police vehicles)
  • Added voice report with radio animation when suspect visual is lost longer
  • Added the "heli have no visual" radio reporting while in helicopter when suspect is lost longer.
  • Improved Suspect Escaped event radio update by dispatch.
  • Added "Code 4 adam" in audio folder when a suspect escape.
  • For those who use UB partner: Added Copilot's helmet (latest EUP public release) spawn when in helicopter (pressing Alt +  Y )
  • For those who use UB partner: Added a fix to avoid UB partner to be reported by default LSPDFR crime report/call in pursuit. This avoid your UB partner, turned into a suspect, flees from you.
  • Added possibility to stop multiple peds on foot by flashing the badge.
  • Added Fort Zancudo alarm + music (auto trigger) when a pursuit starts inside the military base.
  • [CALLOUT] Callout based on Hydra GTA Online mission.
  • Added Lethal Force auto trigger + dispatch audio played while in pursuit of armed and dangerous suspects.
  • [EA RELEASED (new)]  Ped's beg reaction on arrest while you aim at him with a gun (ONLY in pursuit).
  • [EA RELEASED (new)]  Helicopter megaphone quote at higher flight level (LShift in pursuit as default).

                                                       

MAIN FEATURE

 

 

  • Enhanced Pursuit Updates (car model, speed, heading and position , suspect killed or arrested), no more silent pursuits.

     

  • [IMPORTANT] You need to UPDATE the scanner audio folder with ones given in the download for a correct audio reproduction while in game.

     

  • "Suspect Visual Lost" and "Suspect Killed" report system (dispatcher replies to player when visual is lost, improved gameplay).

     

  • Air Unit auto dispatched when visual is lost, to help the player in the search without manually require air support (works only while playing as land unit).

     

  • Copilot helmet in heli also for female partner (ALT+Y while in helicopter with UB partner male or female).

 

 

 

 

If you encounter a missing audio file while playing

E.g. => file not found: MODEL_ELEGY2 => you can made a copy from MODEL_ELEGY_01 an rename it to MODEL_ELEGY2_01, creating a new audio file named like the missing one.

probably, UB have own animation when u select the type of backup, that's why i keep active two differet menus, i set UB on other key and keep the default backup menu

is it possible to add more 'reports'? Like if a gun is introduced, i know theres voice lines "Cop_sees_gun"  and things like that. I personally really enjoy hearing the character being audible as an officer would. This plugin is certainly a must and youve done great work! Hoping you keep the updates coming and expand

Please, add an extended version of locations, as it was in older versions. Like street names, etc

No, is not necessary , but suggested, anyway u can set it as u prefer. Instead, the "IntervalDuration" is highly recomended to be 20 sec as default.

This is mine for RRfr, there are all street in game, works 100%, all files were manually renamed by me in order to be played by dispatch.

So I've noticed a few times when dispatch does not say the street name. In the RPH Console there appears to be a difference in the street names called for and their audio file names. For example, I get the error "GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: STREET_HAWICK_AVE" but in the STREETS folder the audio file is actually named "STREET_HAWICK_AVENUE". I tested this by renaming the file dropping the NUE and now dispatch says the street name as intended. I've also noticed this with "STREET_DAVIS_AVE" where the file name is "STREET_DAVIS_AVENUE_01". There's more examples, SAN ANDREAS AVE, RED DESERT AVE (might be all the streets with the file name AVENUE).

 

I've also noticed the same error in RPH Console "GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: ATTENTION_ALL_UNITS_(06-20) but in the ATTENTION_ALL_UNITS folder the file names are only ATTENTION_ALL_UNITS_(01-05).

When i renamed all audio files with entire names AVENUE and STREET the dispatch play them without issues, because before the "AVE" named files were not read.

The plugin read only complete strings(AVENUE) and not short string like "AVE".

Can you explain the second part of my comment? What files are the mod calling for when using the "ATTENTION_ALL_UNITS" audio? I see it range from 06-20 but I can't find where those audio files are located. I only see 01-05.

if the console show u that files are missing and u cant find them,  it's simply because they doesn't exist in the scanner folder. If u want to add them , copy and rename existing files, but i think is not necessary for those named "ATTENTION_ALL_UNITS".

I think that is due to Rich's plugin , try to disable the radio pursuit update audio feature of RichPolice Enhancemets and it should no more happens.

No luck. If no one else has reported this the problem must be on my end somewhere. I removed all of Rich's mods and reinstalled yours. I went back to Hawick Ave for testing and below is a screenshot of the results. I've also attached my log if you want to review. I really appreciate your help, this is an awesome mod, I just can't get it to work 100%.

It's not causing any crashes. The street names aren't being said by dispatch. Please read my first post above.

Try to install LSPDFR default street audio files + Officerporci STREET files.

All in a unique STREET folder, in order to have both files named in different ways ( long: "AVENUE" and short: "AVE")

I was able to get it to work by installing Street name addon to LSPDFR Police Radio 1.0.2 from bjonesy05994 and adding all those files to the same STREETS folder. In this download all of the street names are alternatively named as I described in my first post and now all are read by dispatch as expected. I'm still not sure of what caused my issue originally but this has solved it. Thanks for your help and thanks for a great mod!
