I moved on to a different project and never completed the pack. But I have plans to complete it.

I'll look into soon, right now I'm working on this, once this is done a Monaco would be pretty easy as they share the same lightbar

can replace police4 ??? and made blue and red light , and LAPD skin please

i don't understand what going on i installed the car and they spawn work fine but i can not get the els lights to work with els or with out els 

i havnt tried the ad on version yet but teh replace version i can not get the lights to work properly i been wanting to use these for a wail now

this is based off k slim pack right ?  any help be awesome i would like to use them and make some videos the ;ight do not work with out els at all and with els the ligth turn on and are like stuck on and dont work right  dont see why now unless teh vfc files are no good for els

Try renaming the .vcf files to 95cpdels -> police, 90cpdels -> police3 and 86cpdesl -> police2, sorry.

maan i know this won't be lore accurate or just accurate in general, but i kinda wish you made the caprice with the mars bar come with an LAPD skin too. that would be awesome.
