New York Capital Region Mega Texture Pack 1.0.0

This is a NYS Capital Region MEGA Texture Pack. This is around 1 year of on and off work. These skins are as close to replicas as i can get. Above you are most of the skins but some have been cut off and some cars have not gotten a screenshot. I've also thrown in Colonie Police officer for EUP.
