I've been searching for these skins and never could find anything. So I decided to attempt to make it myself. Leave feedback and comments.

Side note: I'm the first to make this on GTA IV :)

Bud, I'm glad you tried, however, the layout and overall appearance is lacking in many ways. Things such as scaling and rastering (image clean-up, image anti-aliasing, color correction and light balance) are needed for something like this. You get a B+ for effort though...

Anyhow, if Strike doesn't release his rendition within a few weeks, I will undertake this project.
