Compulite Charges and Citations Philippine laws 1.5.0

1.5 -  Added the New Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 and other Special Penal laws.

Added some important penal provisions and updated penalties.

Updated the Traffic Rules and Regulations Citation.

1.4 -  Inserted the Warrant of Arrest.

           Philippine Traffic Rules and Regulations Citations was also included here.

          Incorporated a bunch of special penal laws.

FYI:

*The New Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 is currently in question before the Supreme Court regarding its Constitutionality, but as of now it stands to be valid.

*The warrant of arrest was excluded because it has no use. I hope Bejoijo look into that.  But, what you need to do is that, as a police officer,  go to the "COURT ORDER" then click it and check the box and CHARGE him with the PERTINENT/CORRESPONDING CRIME/S or FELONY indicated/provided by the warrant of arrest issued by the court. If you did not charge him/her of any violations/infractions of the laws then he/she will not be tried by the court and the same will be free from possible guilt. 

* CHARGES: MALICIOUS MISCHIEF is the felony of destroying properties whether public or private.
