What's this do?
Ten codes allows you to use common police "10-XX" codes for common services with vocal dispatch, such as running a plate check, calling for pursuit backup, and even calling for animal control. This is accomplished by adding new phrases for already existing events other plugins (read more below) have created for integration.
Requirements:
Vocal Dispatch by “turbofandude”.
Police Smart Radio by “Albo1125”.
Ultimate Backup by “BejoIjo”.
Stop The Ped by “BejoIjo”.
Installation:
- Extract folder wherever works.
- Copy the “Plugins” folder in the extracted Ten-Codes file into your GTA V directory and replace “default.xml”.
- Launch game, load LSPDFR, try to use the list below.
Note: Installation includes a full backup of the Vocal Dispatch files used with all required plugins, even though Ten Codes only modifies the "default.xml". This is so you can change codes and experiment with other events if you'd like and not have to dig for a backup in your downloads folder.

10-8 - Code 4 (Clear my Call)
10-11 - K9 Traffic Stop Unit
10-16 - Prisoner Transport Unit
10-24 - Code 3 Backup
10-25 - Fire Dept. Needed
10-28 - License Plate Record Check
10-29 - Person/Ped Record Check
10-31 - Unit Needed in Pursuit
10-32 - Panic Button Activation / Officer in Trouble
10-39 - Coroner Needed
10-52 - Ambulance/Paramedics Needed
10-57 - Code 2 Backup
10-61 - Traffic Stop Backup
10-67 - Spike Strips Needed in Pursuit
10-70 - Vehicle Needs Towed
10-71 - Helicopter Needed in Pursuit
10-73 - Road Block Needed in Pursuit.
10-75 - Felony/High-Risk Traffic Stop Backup
10-76 - Accept Call (Enroute to Scene)
10-91 - Animal Control Needed

- After I and others spoke each 10 code into the windows voice recognition API, I added the most commonly mistaken words in the XML under the "Acceptable Alternate" parameter.
