INSTALLATION:

You will need OpenIV,

Drag the OIV File you want to install out of the .zip folder to your desktop

go to: Tools, then select Package Installer and select the provided .OIV File  (also in the read me)

Make sure you are in Edit Mode (on the top), and then just drag and drop the visualsettings.dat file there. 

 

IMPORTANT: 

IT'S OPTIMIZED FOR NATURAL VISION REMASTERD AND/OR VISUALV.

MAKE SURE YOUR POST-FX IS ABOVE HIGH.

 

The game may crash once you started it, after the installation. Thats nothing unusal. Just restard it, then it should work!

You can use the visualsettings.dat for every Police Car, but these are recommended, as every Police Car has a different ELS Setting and Lightbar

for MVGA there’s a different visualsettings.dat, that will literally work the same.

 

 

ic.. ok... btw. what files do the oiv installer change? is it only visualsettings.dat file?

i'm asking because i had bad experience with oiv installer which changes and overwrite files which i already set for my preference..

 

suggestion: perhaps you can also put the files for manual installation in the package.

@BOSSSSSSA Upon installing this, all lights on every car and building/lamppost at night have become my personal lensflares. The coronas end up massive, essentially blocking the view of anything around them.

 

I used the .OIV installer and I am using VisualV

Idk, look at my gifs, I had no problems either with to bright ... and ....

Maybe use Corona begone.

It seems to me like the issue you fixed in your Version 2.5.1 is happening to me. Not sure why, as I downloaded the latest and greatest. Tail lights and other lights too bright.

So I keep having this issue where all the lights everywhere including traffic lights are just blinding, Please help I installed the latest version.

    Well, that looks unique.

    I could only recommend use corona begone, and you have to make sure that you’re really using NVR or VisualV, not anything else.

    Tried installing it, just made all police lights super dim. running NVR 3.0 and latest VisualV. Does ENB 0.387 conflict with it?

    my police cars have one headlight on when i go code 2 for some reason? any idea how? and its only police slots

    Cant uninstall it. It way too bright now the brightness increase as I use uninstall.oiv. How to uninstall it manually ?

    The lights are very bright. They are usually round and bright AF. I am also using VisualV along with it. Please help.
