I'm wondering what the situation needs to be for someone with a raincoat or gang task force would show up.  For example, does it have to be raining? or for gang task force does it have to be in a area like Grove ST?

I didn't add raincoats anywhere in ultimate backup because I cant get them to wear that when its raining.

To get the gang units. You would use Ultimate Backups menu, in the Code 3 menu you will see the option to select Gang Unit

Damn that would be so cool though! 

I hate when I've set it to rain or storms and I'm wearing a raincoat or jacket and the back up is all turning up in short sleeve shirts haha

I don't really use wet weather because of that.

well it's sorta messed up. it works but it doesn't work. it eventually has a crash, not sure why.

@Alex_Ashfold I managed to fix it!

In the agency_eup xml file, the inventory for the SAHP (and also the North Yankton police for that matter) was set for hway_eup and not patrol_eup. Nothing would appear because there's no inventory named hway_eup.

if you only modify agency xml, sheriff stations in BC will be still be pointed to Los Santos County and LSSD will still patrol in BC

Right that's something you need to do vs something you need to download

I actually got the bcso back in manually (not sure exactly how bc it didn't work but then did haha) and so far I only messed with the agency file so I can call bcso for backup but so far only have male with base uniform will spawn but better then nothing haha

I'm having this problem with the outfit "LSPD Windbreaker" , but only when I select this outfit from duty selection or when I see NPCs using it. Any idea how I can solve this? What is the file to edit the outfits that appear on duty selection?
