2019 Charger CHP Pack 1.1

Hey i don't know if it's just me but my back lights go steady burn instead of the front.Im pretty sure it shouldn't be like that.Im using the slicktop version of the car.

You are absolutely right, it shouldn't be like that. You might made a few mistakes during the installation. Use the XML files provided in the rar file. 

Just asking, how do you do reflection with so many livery? 🙃

The reflection is not part of the livery. It's part of the car itself

so, do you have any  tutorial or resource to made the car reflective? 🙃

Is this problem already knew? I even have these balls of light on the Crown Vic Slicktop as soon as you distance yourself from the vehicle. With CHP Yelp Flash Fix it doesn't help...

I believe he already knows it happens on all of the slicktop vehicles

Turns out that was the case, im guessing i either didnt replace the xml file as i had a diffirent car on the slot, after re-installing it works, thanks for replaying. Also love the pack.

Edit: I was also wondering if you ever plan on making a explorer pack to go along side with this.

Yes I'm aware of that problem. Will be fixed in the next update.

No, I don't plan to work on any other CHP cars.

Hello there! Sorry for the double post, but I was able to solve the above problem.

Have you considered adding/switching to DLS for the update? It should support all ELS features (Including park & yelp mode), but with WAY better TA feature and will also allow correct corona and accurate environmental lighting. You also should be able to greatly simplify the light bar setup 😄

No I have not, I didn't even know DLS has those features. I'll take a look at it, thanks for the suggestion.

You can do it yourself. I did it and it works.

I'm also having the rear lights go steady burn when an AI gets out of the vehicle, and it's not even steady burn like the front lights (which is accurate) it just stops the pattern where ever it is and goes steady, I tried changing the XML with my own pattern and still does that, am I missing something?

Yo, is it possible in the next update to remove the "safety, service, and security" on the sides, as well as the HIGHWAY PATROL at the back of the polar bear charger? Asking this since CHP doesn't have those decals on their polar bears irl, only on the black and white slicktops. Same thing for the CVPI.

It is not. Everything posted by me in the showroom topic is just regarding the Vic pack unless I say otherwise

To answer your question. No. Unlike the Vic pack the polarbear in this pack is not it's own model. It's just a white texture inside the slicktops texture ytd. Changing it would also remove it on the black and white slicktops, which is unrealistic. If you're just interested in using the polar bear, you can edit the chp_decal.png to remove the lettering on your own.

What I did to "solve" this is remove "safety, service, and security" from the reflective decal texture, and then add it back to the black and white slicktop unit liveries. This way both variants will be correct. The only drawback is that the motto won't be reflective anymore.

I don't like SUVs, I'm not a fan of the Tahoe and I abhor Explorers. So it's probably not gonna happen.

its all good, love the chargers tho. Was wondering if you could tell me how you make the red light stay at steady burn? What do I have to do in the xml file?
