install a replacement:

1. make sure you have the skin you want to use as helo_sign_1 

 

to install>> in openiv 
Go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / mpapartment / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles / apartmentvehicles.rpf

 replace supervolito files here

 

Multilivery capable if you add to FLAG section of vehicles.meta FLAG_HAS_LIVERY, by default some vehicles are not multi livery capable.

I was unable to get it to switch liverys in the supervoltito slot, try polmav for multlivery or add on slot.

I haven't tried yet. I planned on overwriting the polmav vehicle meta with the svolito data. I figured as long as I kept the name right it should work, in theory... Would also have to change the model name to polmav as well.

Can you replace the default air ambulance maverick with this, so that when you call for a air medivac this shows up instead of the default maverick one?

yes you can try i never tested it that way you can also in the air ambulance script replace the maverick with the supervolito2 or whichever name you make this helo.

Is anyone else having an issue with the skids? when landing the skids don't catch the helicopter, it lands on the fuselage.  This problem is only when landing, Once up in the air, it looks normal.

Just to clarify, I am using this as an addon. The only things that need to be added are the vehicles files (.yft, _hi.yft, and .ytd files), carvariations.meta, handling.meta and vehicles.meta correct?

I never got this mod to work as an add-on, only a replacement. Maybe that's why
