NSWPF - Polair 3 Maverick 1.0.0

There weren't many NSWPF Polair helicopters about (apart from high poly ones that tend to cause lag in LSPDFR) so I decided to make one myself. Isn't the best texture around and someone will release better however for the people who use the mapped Maverick feel free to have a NSWPF texture for it. 

My only issue with the texture is the fact the blue isn't 100% accurate, however the blue it gives off in game is quite nice so it's nothing major. This is a completed texture I won't be updating it as there will no doubt be better textures available to download in the future by other members.
