Introduction

This plugin adds callouts to the LSPDFR plugin. You can find a list of currently available callouts below.

It also comes with a feature to repair any vehicle with a dead engine.

Features

- Adds 6 callouts to the LSPDFR plugin.

- Repair any vehicle's engine if it's broken.

- A Quick Panic Button to quickly tell dispatch you're in trouble! Press the key 3 times.

- A lot of customization in the included .ini file.

Using the plugin

The callouts will appear randomly while you are on duty. You can also start a callout by typing “StartCallout (Callout Name here)” without the quotes and brackets in the RPH console.

If you are near a vehicle with a dead engine, a help box will appear in the upper left corner of your screen. Stand in front of the vehicle (Or wherever the engine and hood is) and press T by default to repair the engine. There is a 50% chance that the repair will be successful.

Installation

Drag and drop everything inside the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder to your main GTA V directory.

Default GTA V directory locations:

Steam:
 C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\

Retail:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\

Dependencies

The things listed below are required to use the plugin, some may be included.

- RAGEPluginHook (Not included) https://ragepluginhook.net/

- LSPDFR (Not included) https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7792-lspd-first-response

Current Callouts

- Broken Down Vehicle

- Gang Shootout

- Poisoned Customer

- Stolen Vehicle Spotted

- Weapon Found in Suitcase

- Person With a Firearm in Public Transport

Integrations

These are not needed, but highly recommended

- StopThePed

- Ultimate Backup

Bugs and Support

If you would like to report a bug or ask for support, you can post it in the comments section below. Please don't ask for support in the reviews section.

I also have a discord server where you can report bugs and ask for support. I recommend joining the server, I will most likely respond faster and there are also other people that can help you.

My discord server: https://discord.gg/TVmdApq

Known bugs

If a bug is in this list, I am working on fixing it. If you have encountered a bug but it isn't in this list, I most likely don't know about it.

- There are some performance issues due to some features. I am working on this. If you are really experiencing severe FPS loss due to First Callouts, you can disable the vehicle repair feature. This will improve the performance a little bit.

- A rare crash in the gang shootout callout. You can disable the callout in the .ini file, or if you're living on the edge keep it enabled, it might crash.

Since the most recent update when I have this installed I'm always at 40-45 fps on duty, significantly less than the 60-70 fps I usually have. Removing the plugin does indeed fix the issue though I'm not sure what the issue could be. Any chance you could take a look at this? Thanks.

Just an FYI, I have an i7-8700k and a 2080ti, 16GB of RAM at 3200Mhz with GTA V installed on my HDD (I do have an SSD).

It should not affect performance, since the most part of the plugin only runs when you are on a callout. Try setting the vehicle repair feature to false in the ini file, see if that makes a difference and let me know, Since the vehicle repair feature is the only thing that runs always.

Yeah I did that as soon as I downloaded the plugin, I went through all of my LSPDFR plugins and put them back in 1 by 1 and FirstCallouts was the only thing that caused the issue. Perhaps there's some compatibility issue with another plugin? The issue is non-existent if LSPDFR is unloaded so I'm very sure it's not hardware related.

I use Computer+, Interaction+, LSPDFR+, PeterUCallouts, PoliceSmartRadio, StopThePed, UltimateBackup, AirportCallouts, AssortedCallouts, Station19Callouts, TaccoHighwayCallouts, TrafficPolicer, UnitedCallout and WildernessCallouts.

My FirstCallouts .ini:

[General]
//Used for more detailed logging, only set this to true if you know what you are doing
DebugLogging = false

//Can be set to a number from 1 to 10.
Division = 1

//Set this to a valid unit type, unit types can be found here: Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/audio/scanner/FirstCalloutsAudio/UNIT_TYPES
//Choose a unit type from the UNIT_TYPES folder.
UnitType = KING

//Can be set to a number from 1 to 24.
Beat = 12

//This will let you repair any vehicle by pressing the RepairVehicleKey if the engine is dead
//If you disable this, the BrokenDownVehicle callout will still function, this only turns off the vehicle repair function for every random car.
VehicleRepairFeature = false

//This will give you a notification to repair a vehicle if it's engine is dead and you are near it
VehicleRepairHelp = false

[Keybindings]
//A list of valid keys can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.windows.forms.keys?redirectedfrom=MSDN&view=netframework-4.7.2
//Note: If you set one of these to "None" some callouts and features will not work properly.

//The key used to speak with subjects
InteractionKey = Y

//The key used to repair the closest vehicle
RepairVehicleKey = T
RepairVehicleModifier = None

//The key used to end a current running callout
EndCalloutKey = End

[Multipliers]

//Sets the chance how often the suspect will flee in the Stolen Vehicle callout
//Set to 1 if you only want the suspect to flee, increasing this will give you a higher chance that the suspect will pull over
//Default value is 3, this gives you a 50/50 chance.
StolenVehicleFleeChance = 3

//Sets the chance how often the suspect will flee in the Poisoned Customer callout
//Set to 1 if you only want the suspect to flee, increasing this will give you a higher chance that the suspect will pull over
//Default value is 3, this gives you a 50/50 chance.
PoisonedCustomerFleeChance = 3

[Callouts]
//Set to false to disable a callout
PoisonedCustomer = true
StolenVehicle = false
SniperSpotted = true
WeaponInSuitcase = true
PersonWithFireArmInPublicTransport = true
GangShootout = true
BrokenDownVehicle = true
DrugOverdose = true

@Space. There should be no compatibility issues, I can't really solve the problem since you are the only person (at this time) that has this issue. My plugin does come with integration with Computer+. however, this only runs when you are on a callout. You could try removing computer+ from your game temporary and test it again. And could you send me your RagePluginHook.log? This is a text file in your main gta 5 directory.

Strangely, when I added it back in today, GTA V just crashed in the loading screen. I removed FirstCallouts and the game launched first time. I tried loading with FirstCallouts 3 or 4 times and it always crashed at the same point (when LSPDFR loaded). I've put below 2 RPH logs, one from when the game crashed, and one from when the game launched successfully.

Game crash (w/ FirstCallouts):

RagePluginHook_07052019_191654.log

Successful launch (w/o FirstCallouts):

RagePluginHook_07052019_192127.log

First off, the second log is the same as above, they both didn't load. And I can't solve this issue since I am not experiencing any of this, including my beta testers, which are 3 people. It is probably on your end. I suggest joining my discord server (link listed in file description) and ask in the support channel, either I or someone else might be able to help you.

Not sure why the log would cut off, I played for 5-10 minutes. I'll join the discord, thanks.

I am actually getting lower fps with this plugin also. Without it the fps goes much higher.

Hey man just to let you know your callout pack slashes FPS when you go on Duty. I removed the callout plugin and continued to have the same problem. I fixed it by removing the audio folder that came with the pack. I would advise looking into the audio portion as that is what caused FPS drop for me.

Thanks a lot for your report! Got a lot of people complaining about this, but you provided some good information. Will look into this as soon as possible.

Reporting an unconfirmed bug, as I have other plugins installed so it may not be this update, however whenever I forceduty LSPDFR crashes. This only started happening since I updated Variety callouts and the new first callouts update, so again, could be another plugin, But in case it is this I'm letting you know.

Decent callout pack!

I do have an issue getting the weapon in suitcase callout to trigger, see here;

Also when I shoot 1 guy dead during the gang shootout all the other members run away, is that intended?

Poisoned customer and broken down vehicle are my favs, keep it up

Hi. Do i need to put that .DS_Store file in as well?

No, it's probably because I zipped it with my MacBook running macOS. Next update I'll do it on windows again.

I found out it was the new update, I'll reinstall it now, and then wait until it crashes, and then I'll send you my log file. I'm assuming it'll be an error my side or possibly a clash with another plugin so this isn't me doubting your coding etc.

This callout pack created a serious problem with the keybinding. There was a setting in here that assigned a 'panic button' to key U on the keyboard.

I kept searching and seaching for the cause of this annoying thing. Everyone else insisted it was a trainerV issue. Some said Ultimate Backup. Turned out it was this Callout Pack.

It activates when you press it 3 times, you clearly didn't read the changelogs or the .ini file. You can also turn off the keybinding. Please read the documentation before throwing hate, since the keybinding can be turned off.

Oh you're one of those. 🙄. Very sensitive.

Maybe. But it was a bad default configuration of the callout package. And it's important to for me to share my experience. You can't expect everything in life to make you feel bubbly with butterflies.  I spoke to many people who experienced the same thing and they couldn't quite figure it out. Many of us don't read every single bit of fine print in callout package. I have used many callouts and they never interfered with normal functions of configuring ELS settings.

So you were feeling sad.

I'm not sensitive at all, lol. I think you're the one sensitive here, Do you know that there are limited key bindings? There are tons of plugins available for LSPDFR. So not every keybinding will fit your needs, it's not a "one size fits all" setting. That's why you can change it in the included .ini file. I just pointed out that I didn't like the way you posted your comment. I quote: "This callout pack created a serious problem with the keybinding." A "serious problem" is not the right term to use at all here, since it is changeable. I can't fit everyones needs by finding the best keybinding, since it is mostly personal preference and as I mentioned earlier, there are TONS of plugins available for LSPDFR that all uses multiple keybindings. And I'm not feeling sad at all, I don't know where you got that from. And for this: "I spoke to many people who experienced the same thing and they couldn't quite figure it out." The only thing they had to do, was look trough their installed plugins and the .ini files and they would have found the problem, That's just common sense. You could've just posted a comment saying something like "If you are experiencing a problem with a panic button activating when pressing U, it's this plugin" instead of saying that this plugin has a serious problem with the keybindings, being civil and kind is not hard.

Not a big deal.
