[ELS] 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP (OUTDATED) Remastered

Hey Mate I was just looking at a few photos and saw it had no wing. I am Australian and actually own the Australian version of this car (The VE Commodore) and was wondering if you would be able to put a wing on it or make it an extra? It would be so cool and just make the car 20 times better even though its already the best. Thanks mate!

It’s a possibility. I don’t want to compromise the stealth factor, but I’ll tinker with it

I was tired of the same old same old, and I wanted something refreshing. That's what I aim to bring to this site!

I have downloaded this but I don't know how to work this out and make it available for myself. Somebody tell me how to put this on ;-;

Open OpenIV

Enable edit mode

Navigate to:

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday18ng/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Drag and drop the four files in the OpenIV window

Navigate to:

mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta

Right click, edit

Click search and type Police4

Find audioNameHash

Copy the following line:

<audioNameHash>WINDSOR</audioNameHash>

Scroll down till you see diffuseTint

Change the entry to: 

<diffuseTint value=“0x00FFFFFF” />

You’re done!

The game and car was working without editing the Vehicles.META but the interior lights were not flashing at all. After changing what you say to change in Vehicles.META  the game crashes on the full screen loading screen, reverted the changes in Vehicles.META and it was working again.

That's because there's an error in the meta. The game crashes when there are errors such as misspellings or letters aren't capitalized.

OPTIONAL:

<audioNameHash>WINDSOR</audioNameHash>

YOU MUST FIX THIS:

<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

I have heard no other issues out of crashes due to meta errors.

Loving the new look with the Template. Can't wait to see what other people make for liveries for this thing! 🙂

Love the car, hands are not actually on steering wheel. Not sure if this can be easily fixed. 

When car parts are falling off, new model is spawn 😕 They say it has something to do with flags in Zmodeler? Please, fix this. This is very nice model!

Noob question, possibly, but I can't seem to get the livery to change from the marked version. I'm using Simple Trainer. Did I miss a step?

No, I actually forgot to mention this. In order to enable multi livery capabilities, you must go in to the Vehicles.meta, find Police4, go to flags, and type FLAG_HAS_LIVERY. This will enable multi liveries and you can add as many as you want!

Can't wait for that bug with falling parts to be fixed O:))
