LCPD Defender Pack 1.0.0

I having a problem whit the mod, i download it and installed whit sparkIV, the problem is when i play some after 2 or 3 minutes whit LCPDFR, it crashes, but doesnt crash when i use the cars whitout LCPDFR, its works, i tried install whit OpenIV, but nothing. i check the handling i create whit Sgt Kanyo handling, and check the ELS Configs Files. but nothing, Can you help me? sorry if my english is bad.

Try these things:

- In LCPDFR.ini, make sure that the 'SuspectTransporterModels' only has one car listed. For example:

[Main]
AdditionalCopCarModels=					
SuspectTransporterModels=POLICE2;	

- In the ELS.ini, turn off ClearRandAiExtrasSp, and if that doesn't fix it, also turn off Ai_Els_Sp.

Ai_Els_Sp = off
Ai_Els_Mp = on
MaxElsCarsAtOnce = 20
ClearRandAiExtrasSp = off
ClearRandAiExtrasMp = on

- Remove the AdvancedHookInIt.asi from your directory.

LCPDFR performs best with no car or ped mods. Unfortunately seemingly random game crashes are just part of the experience with some mods.

Well I'm not sure why it's not working.

I also have this problem and I think I know why. Some of the vehicles in the file are corrupted or something. like they are invisible or just crash the game altogether. My solution is to go through the vehicles in the game by spawning them in. If they have an issue, write it down. then later go through the cd image and replace the vehicles with working ones from other mod packs until the author can find a fix and post it.

I gonna try and see what is the car so its causing troubles, but i think we dont gonna find it because the trouble is when an AI cop car drives the car, Example: when you accept a Robbery in progress callout from WouterCallouts the game works fine, but when the backup AI cop car spawns the game crash.

This happends too when call for backup or accept a pursuit callout.

I fully agree with you. I think the author just need some people to test his work and then find fixes.

I think it's some kind of modified CryENB. I haven't played GTA IV for so long so I can't tell you exactly what it is.

What a babeeee such a good pack

It would be brilliant if the Tahoe could have both the rambar in this pack and the sign from your F-150 and Tahoe in LCPD skin

Do you still plan on trying to help fix the crashing issue?

I dunno what causes it but it seems to have a correlation with the handling files (Are they compatible with EFLC?)

I don't currently have any plans to continue working on this pack, but if you can find some way to fix the issues, I will implement it in a future update.

The only way to fix crashes is to restore the standard file "visualSettings.dat". True flashers will be faded and ugly, but there will not be crashes. Verified

Hello !, I'm new in the moding community of LCPDFR And i'm making an Alaska Police Department vehicle texture packs so i want to ask you if i have the permission to use these models in it (I will put credits obviusly).

I suspect that the problem is the extra_10, if you can make a version whitout that, at least police and police2. i really dont know if it will fix it, but i can test and check if it fix it, Thanks.

Thank you, But i think i will give up... When i use the models it crashes my GTA IV After 10 minutes. Idk if that's my pc, my mods, my gta iv or what but i will stop working on the pack until i found a fix for this. Thank you anyways!

amigo creo que tengo la solucion....  instalas  el mod y despues  vuelves a  intalar el  els v8.51(es la que uso) y el trainer  despes editas el archivo _SLOTCONTROL  (yo  lo edite con  el notepad++) en la parte que dice police3, police4, policeb = on  ..........        lo unico  que me sucede es que los autos de policia se conducen solos y no te deja subir(a los que andan por la calle)  ...........  espero te sirva......   Saludos

I am in love with the vehicles, sadly, I was surprised to figure out that they're causing my game to crash upon summoning a backup. I'll reuse this pack someday if a fix on this issue has been found.

I really like this mod, but the game crashes 5 minutes in. If there's any fix coming soon I'll definitely use this pack. 

This mod looks great but it crashes my game. If I get a wanted level, a whole line of chargers spawn, crashing my game. Anybody know of a fix?

How can i add the extra wraparound?

Ayo i am having a problem: Cars always have some lights on, I tried playing wit lights modes pressing U, I and O, And even tried to fuck with the els .ini's but it didn't help.

Please help, i really like this car pack!
