New Liberty State Police Willard Marbelle Retexture 1.0.0

I'm not finished with IV yet! Although I will say that due to the fact that I have a working and moddable GTA V, I am beginning to wind down IV modding. I'm not totally going to stop, it's just going to get less importance. There's also a few mods that I need to put out before I'm truly done with IV, so stay tuned.

This is ThatOneHick's Willard Marbelle (ELS/Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of an early-and-late 1980s NLSP car, with both old and new livery variants. Using resources from the NLSP Stanier (thanks, Abraxas!), my own mods, and many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, for example, the door handles on the newer liveries are not cut away, as they would have been a pain to do, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.

The original model is located here (ELS), or here (non-ELS)(much credit goes to ThatOneHick for a perfect US-Granada-based police car, he's coming back!)

Good to see, that somebody still makes Lore-Friendly mods for GTA IV....

Thanks, but just bear in mind that I'm winding down IV to focus more on V. I'm not quitting, but there's going to be less mods coming out for IV.
