1 - extraxt the downloaded file
2 - copy city.xml to the root folder of gta 5
3 - open map editor in game usually by pressing f7
4 - choose to load a map
5 - choose to choose the file location
6 - search for the map and download it

I'm just saying there are pylons on the actual lanes, which would be problematic for drivers wanting to switch lanes.

@Danielliam012 this is a game so it must be unrealistic , if you want it to be real just ask you don't have to give a negative review !
