The Police Decided To take on control and to return to handle the city and the army is helping .
the ARMY FORCES SECURITY DEPARTMENT has established this CP But gave control to the police forces .

the CP is heavy guarded with :-
                 - armored vehicles
                - special forces from army
                - heavy armed police officers
                - command center mobile vehicles
                - 2 tow trucks
                - 2 ambulance
                - 2 traffic signalling police officers with their police bikes

1 - extract the downloaded file
2 - copy DUI-CP-Army+Police.xml to the root folder of gta 5
3 - open map editor in game usually by pressing f7
4 - choose to load a map
5 - choose to choose the file location
6 - search for the map and load it
