First, You 'Il need to get EUP Law & Order and also EUP Menu :

To install, First go to : update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64

Then,

Go to "eup_componentpeds.rpf" for clothes (you just have to go to the same file name in folder and drag & drop all files inside of "eup_componentpeds.rpf")

Go to "eup_componentpeds_p.rpf" for caps (you just have to go to the same file name in folder and drag & drop all files inside of "eup_componentpeds_p.rpf")
