Cool design, but its not CHP .. At All. 

Its cool to see something different with the chp however not sure if your going on accuracy or a fictional chp look from the title of your upload.

If accuracy then it is not chp. Chp have black and white or all white vehicles, they use a different font above the logo on the door and a different color of yellow, more like a gold.

If fictional then its nice to see something different but shares the chp emblem to give some vararity and options to choose from while maintaining a highway patrol car appearance.

I see there's some California normies here.

Let's just say that the author was making a fictional mish-mash of Illinois and California police forces. Yes, the author spelt it wrong. Yes, it's a little bland. Yes, e-mails are risky. Maybe do some work on it, claim it to be the San Andreas Highway Patrol, and I think you'll be good, rather than drawing the ire of the California normies.

Skins seem pretty cool but without knowing what vehicles these are for it makes it really hard to use them. Could you please update the description with links to the vehicles the textures are designed for.
