1. Its just black. You don't need to post solid colors.

2. No in-game screenshots

3. You don't need all the credits for a texture, It's not a model.

Its only supposed to be a livery

How is it a livery when there is just one solid color, or to correct that, only two lines of text either side. Anyone with any kind of software like paint could recreate this. It takes less than 3 seconds...

I understand it's a ghost skin. But google Drug Interdiction Vehicle and you can see what I mean. there is a lot more to it than 2 lines of text on either side.

For example;

Faint, be still more of a present livery...

Spend more time doing the textures & remove the credits form the description, they dont need to be there and nobody wants to be reading through them 

Really wish people who stop calling a solid color a "skin". You're just doing what everyone else can do with a trainer and flooding the site with low quality content.

I thought this trend ended a long time ago..

hey chris i have over 4 years doing rextures bud. I just made this one quickly so i wasnt using someone elses skin in my game!

Very poor reply. He was giving hint that this is not anything special to upload unless you did more of something like the examples. If you like it, more power to you, but expect to be blasted when something like this is uploaded.

By the looks of it you have about 4 hours of experience TBH, and if you made it so you wouldnt be using a texture by someone else then why upload it? and another white texture separate?

I have a few years in graphic design and I can tell you that if I gave my 15 month old daughter my mouse and loaded the template up, she would create what you have practiced 4 years for.

I fully agree with you. This one car can really be just useless and it is just there to take up a fair bit of storage on your pc. Waste of time to download and to use.
