Hey I came back to update you on my status. So I installed the trainer that you are using and I am still having the same problem with the peds, not allowing me to take off the vest on the ESU ped. However whenever i pull out my pistol, the vest comes off, when i holster my pistol, the vest comes back on...

The new SRG ped works well, I am able to take off the vest and put it back on

oh btw, if you saw the vest flickering, that was me trying to change accessories using the trainer, its just that rockstar editor does not show the trainer

No... ur problem is u use cop holster mod.. try this ped without cop holster mod. .. 

if it still happens the same thing, i will try to fix

I just tried, and something like you did not happen to me

It works!! I removed cop holster. Thank you! One suggestion I have is that you should straighten out the ESU patch on the front, for the long sleeve shirt

Can the patrol ped with the holster accross the chest get a gun in its holster? Plz and thx.

I don't know if anyone else mentioned this, but when you use the ESU ped with no vest, you can see through the top of the pants below the torso.

Pack is amazing though. Keep it up!

I guess not many people are into NYPD. Me I personally make it my business to make my game as much NEW YORK CITY as I can make!! I am from the city that never sleeps and a former NYPD Aux Sgt. So I hold realism to high accountability in this game! You my friend have come the closest to making the uniform as realistic as possible! Just one question, i did modify your ped that as I use my prefered patrol ped added collar brass from my pct and added the tie clip !

this Looks very nice , but can somebody say me how can i install it? i hace the nypd car pack and siren , only the peds are missing...

its a nice pack but can you fix the duty belt  and make it like real life 

how can i wear the uniform myself i see it for all the other peds in game

can you fix the duty belt and are you going to up date the pack what is the up date going to have 

Every time i go to spawn the HWAYCOP, my game gives me a notice then crashes, i have it patchday3 as the instructions says but not sure whats going on, everything else spawns though. Any suggestions on how to fix this
