It was a heat of the moment thing. But at the same time, the modding community (even just the one for GTA V) is bigger than they realize. Most of this wouldn't have been an issue if they opened up modding from the factory to begin with...like Bethesda.

OpenIV works currently, all you have to is update and click Uninstall Later any time you use it

@Frisky yeah I checked Open IV but you can't download it.

This is pretty funnycar skin lol. I was shaken up at first to, but i would wait things out a little. The more i read and search, and listen to other opinions, the more i see something is not adding up. Found this reading/looking around, if you want to disable Openiv update for now. credits to the guy that found this

So wait, is this in accordance to Russian laws? And it also seems to be focused on the distribution of the tool to users. If it's still functionally operating in the US, why should we give a shit what Take Two's Russian lawyers want? Do they think any law enforcement agency will give two flying fucks about a tiny handful of people playing a video game? let alone ones playing as cops lol
