@JaiTheGamer58 first off excellent skins. It's simple, but it's realistic. I'm just going to save you time you time and people who view the file as well. We really don't need 126 screenshots. I recommend just one from each angle for each car. So pictures that show the front, back, and side of each car.

hey guys this week I plan to update this pack with unmarked CSP Taurus and Explorer, and marked CSP Explorer. Let me know if you want any more vehicles and what vehicles. A link to tat vehicle would help. Thanks, and looking forward to hearing back from you guys! :)

Are you sure? Based on your previous skins, it seems like you just simply don't want to take time to make actual skins and instead just move a license plate onto the car and color it 1 simple color. There are millions of departments, and i find it funny that you only picked the one that is like your previous 1 star textures. I get it is interesting, but It is kind of a disrespect to actual skin creators to just upload a file that is grey and say it is a pack for a couple cars.

This makes me angry now. As i said on your last file, i spent 30 minutes a day or two ago linking videos and telling you how you can improve, and in response to that you just pretended to not see it and kept uploading the skins that were 1 color with a license plate (like this so called pack). People leave you feedback, and if you dont like it (which you dont like the honest truth) you just ignore it as a "hater". look, noone likes to argue with people on here and we would all love it to be a community where people understand and listen to constructive critisizem, but because of people like you who ignore people trying to help you, we cant make it like that.

I spent another 40 minutes typing another paragraph about how you can improve, but LCPDFR.com didnt let me due to it being to long. I hope you take this and can see that I want you do get better at skins and push yourself to do better. People are glad to help you and answer your questions, but you need to put yourself out there by messaging people on here and not just assuming that some person is going to come to you and give you a booklet of everything you need to know. You have to create a mental booklet in your head or by writing things down on a piece of paper. You have to ask questions to get answer...

This right here which is in your description, is literally stolen from @TWISTEDSCOPES's files. "Your" change.org petition is full of very high end vocabulary words. If you cant even create your own Terms of use and instead plagiarize them, then how are you going to use words such as "Alas"? Saying that is your own and that you made it is illegal itself. Anyone who looks at how you type on here and how the petition and brochure are written will be able to tell instantly you didnt create them. You clearly dont know enough about the internet and how plagiarism works. I swear if I could talk with you in person, i would be yelling the whole time. Continue to do this fucking stupid ass shit and there will be issues dude. I'm nice, but not to people who are taking peoples hard work and saying it is their own.

What vehicle do you use for the FPIS textures? Can't seem to find it.

any FPIS vehicle that you see has been uploaded in the past month can be used. The template will fit with this so called skin..

this texture pack has passed 60 downloads thanks everyone  for making this happen! This is the most downloaded mod I have and hope you check out my other ones as well!

I'm almost positive that this has those download numbers because

A) People are laughing and want to see if this dude is serious.

B)  He's faking download numbers to seem popular.

C) Other modders are downloading to make sure he didn't steal their shit.

Yeah I know about the screeenshots sorry about that.  I'm a little busy these days as exams are near. But as soon as i get the time i will lower screenshot count. Thanks for your concerns really helps me out.

Well I'm not sure what you asking but I'll try to answer the best I can. First off I made this texture when I was new to LSPDFR. Conneticut state police is pretty east. If you look at how their cars look like you'll understand. Also as you say people are laughing and think I'm serious, yes i am serious. This is conneticut poluce texture pack and you'll get conneticut textures if you download the pack. I don't how you fake download numbers and I don't use bots. So I genuinly think you're mistaken on that because I don't know how you fake downloads. And finally are modders are checking out my pack to see if I'm stealing or not. From what I've seen besides me theirs a cvpi texture for conneticut thats it. I used a template for twistedscopes miami police pack. So in short no i did not steal the work of others. I hope i was able to answer your question to the best of my abilities. 

@RogueThunder you'll be happy to know that screenshots have been substantially reduced, their is currently 23 in game screenshots.

I seriously don't believe that the reviews you got are genuine. If they are, then WHY? How can somebody actually look at this and go: "Oh yeah, this looks like 10/10 quality shit right here!". Stop, just stop. All you're doing is uploading grey pngs with license plates plastered on that you most likely copy+pasted from Google Images.

@Lieutenant Dan hey their Dan. So after reading your comment I will gladly answer your comment. For the reviews I don't speak for everyone on their inputs on my texture. But please not this was my first big texture creation because I'd only started recently during that time and chose something simple. If you look at the Connecticut State police cars they're all grey. Also during this time I made unmarked textures with brackets which was not well received so I steped it up a bit but I skill/experience I have now wasn't their so people acknowledged the slight improvement and reviewed accordingly.  Also one person told me he was Conneticut an liked my textures, he later PM'd me to make more CSP textures. I hope this explains the reviews. Also as for grey pngs's that what the dept looks like. I hope I answered your comment to your satisfaction.

Dumb ass you don't know what CST cars look like? Or is your head messed up. Do some research before doing anything. It is not like your skins are the sht and perfect quality
