This is my first file upload/skin on this site and I am just getting to learn how to mod because I figured it was time to start giving back to the community.

 

These are the 3 main up-to-date models that NHSP currently uses.

 

  • This skin is loosely based off the New Hampshire State Police "Ghost Cars" that are on the roads.
  • You may not reupload these skins, edited or unedited,  to this or any other site.
  • Please leave comments with any issues or vehicle suggestions.

How is Los Santos a State?

Not bad for your first Texture, good work but Los Santos isn't a State. Los Santos is a city in the state of San Andreas.

    It's a texture pack, not vehicle models. They can be used whether the vehicle is ELS or not. As long as it is the correct vehicle base model.

    I was super stoked to see this being a New Hampshire resident myself, especially the exact plate that NHSP uses, including the state motto. Then I saw it said "Los Santos" and "San Andreas" on it. Still going to download it though. The true "ghost" cruisers use subdued markings, which to me seems almost pointless, since they have a lot of actual unmarked cruisers as well. 🤷‍♂️
