Rumbler Addon 1.4.1

The sirens don't even have to be sirens. The Rumbler will Rumble everything. 

Just make sure everything is in Wave file format.

very interesting concept. Never seen something like this before so this is very cool. Personally not a fan of rumbler since it isn't used where i live, but definitely a cool concept.

Not used where I am either (Binghamton, Upstate New York), but I feel if you are going to have a rumbler siren, might as well have a realistic one rather than a Siren file that just has the rumbler integrated with it.

so you disagree with this file? why are you a contributor? just wondering since i dont know how a contributor could be involved in a file that they don't like the idea of lol. I get where your coming from and that does allot sense.

You read into what I said a little bit too much. I'm saying this file is completely realistic rather. It allows you to have a siren, and then a rumbler effect. I would name a few files where the Rumbler is added to the Siren but I don't want to discredit anyone for their hard work. In the video I have in the first comment, I play a few sirens. One of the sirens have a version with the Rumbler built in. That would be unrealistic because you can't control the Rumbler. This mod makes it realistic because you can. Do you get what I mean?

EDIT: Ahh, I see where you might've thought I disagreed with the mod (how can I disagree with it? I spent countless nights testing it and helping OJDoesIt perfect it to where it is.)

ahhhhhhh i get it now. yeah right now im in english class and we are learning about shakespear so makes sense i may have read to deep xD. That clears it up, thanks!

Yeah, English will do it to you. I'm taking technical writing, and my teacher just basically threw all English out the window. Don't ask me why.

Sounds great, would be amazing if this was integrated into SirenMastery/ELS

ELS, maybe, because ELS uses the in-game sirens. We would have to be able to tell if a siren is being played in-game, and I don't know how hard that is.

I mentioned SirenMastery to OJDoesIt this morning, and unless Albo creates a dll for us to go between both Scripthook V and ScriphookV.net, that will be potentially harder.

With that being said, we are looking into it. so hopefully a future update will have that support. 

This mod can be amazing. Some improvements will make it amazing. The rumbler sounds a bit... "Unrealistic" But i still think this mod can be agreat one.

For the realistic experience, I recommend using a siren based on the Federal Signal SS2000. Double Doppler and Trixper make one.

Thank you for asking. Due to copyright issues, we don't host those files, but I can give you a few links and how-to's.

Recommended Siren, Federal Signal SS2000 Smart Siren by GravelRoadCop: 

Select 0x0D329446.wav, POLICE_WARNING.wav, SIREN_2.wav and rename them to wail.wav, phaser.wav, yelp.wav, respectively.

For complete immersion (so you can have dual sirens), I recommend installing these sirens into the game, follow the readme in the file for that.

In the RumblerAddon.ini, adjust all volumes to 0.05 (for immersion), also make sure to disable or enable the timer, it's entirely up to you.

You may also download any GTA IV, GTA V siren and extract the police sound from that, but the above siren is the easiest one I know to get the files from.

Other recommended sirens (All are based on Federal Signal SS2000, because that is what the Rumbler is based on):

Very great Addon at first! I loveeeeee it :D

However, I have a very strange problem with this plugin: everytime when i am in the game and press the numpad buttons, nothing really happens. Sometimes there plays  the siren of the sheriff granger (sheriff2) [Don't know why this happens, but that's not the main problem^^]. Seems like a bug or sth like that.

At first i thought the plugin simply doesn't work at all, but after recording a video with it and testing the buttons for accident, I was very very suprised: the Rumbler is working and hearable IN the video! BUT I CAN'T HEAR IT INGAME! It sounds curious, I know, but i really DON'T KNOW how to fix this problem! 

Maybe ANYBODY can help me. (And before anyone asking: Yeah, I definitely installed anything right^^)

And the log file says nothing special. It loads correctly.

Did you install the two bass DLLs within the download? They go in the same place as the ASI file.

Never had this problem. If you could send me your log via Starkka15@gmail.com, and your INI file, a screenshot of your RumblerAddon folder, maybe I can work something out. Also, if you are using SIrenMastery, I have not tested it with that. But please, I would like for you to have an enjoyable times with this mod, so if you could send me the listed things needed, I'll see if I can figure out what is happening.  Also check what OJDoesIt said as well ^^

And i don't use SirenMastery, only ELS but this shouldn't be a problem.

Do you have to have ELS with this? Or is it a stand alone add on that will work with the sirens that I already have?

You must install seperate sirens, this plugin is a standalone addon, like literally, as in you must have sirens in the RumblerAddon folder, name them, and configure the RumblerAddon.ini to reflect that name. I'm currently creating some sirens that will work perfectly with RumblerAddon, and will be uploading them as soon as I finish testing today.

Is there any way to make this usable with the ambulance and firetruck? I'd love to hear a Q2B with a rumbler as well as an ambulance with its yelp
