Here is a lightbar that I decided to upload from a request from a friend of mine @Patrol 31. Its not gta ready so you will have to optimize the sirens your self. Its up to you weather you use it for els or not. So please enjoy. Feel free to convert to GTA IV. Any comments or messages asking me to convert to IV will be ignored. Just be sure to give proper credits.

Go to your texture browser and replace it with the texture you downloaded in the folder.
