If you don't like the emssisive textures i've used, i've included different ones that use the "standard" ones. 

 

INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS
================================
-To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where i have found the most success in them working.

 

-To install the vehicles meta file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Or the spot you put your metas in. Simply copy over this line over the existing police3 line.

 

-To install the VCF file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and place it in there.

 

-If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police3. 

 

PACK NOTES
=================================

- I have included separate emissive textures. Some people may not like the ones I have on so its simple to install.

 

- These vehicles are quite large in file size, so I apologize if they are very hard on your computer!

 

- This is similar to the previous vehicle I have released, but I have redone the vehicle to work with ELS.

 

- The interiors have been updated heavily, so that they reflect the real life counterparts, also featuring better looking textures.1

 

- To get the vehicle to look pretty, I recommend using the VCF that I have inculuded with the file. 

 

- If there are any questions I haven't put below, please feel free to post in the comments section! 

 

- If a few bugs with the models, which if you find, feel free to post in the comment section and ill try my best to fix them!


COMMON QUESTIONS
=================================

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or, Install my emissive bits into your visual settings,
or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.

 

Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? The installation is simple.

 

Q: I don't have Patchday10/anything else?
A: Then put the car in your latest patch day, or copy patchday10/anything else over.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carcol?
A: I don't know, it works in my game. Make sure you have no spaces when you copied the line. 

 

Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.

 

Q: Can I make skins for this vehicle?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.

 

Q: Does this vehicle use the same template as your other Utility/Other utilities.
A: Yes it does!

What's New in Version 2.0

Released

-Added brand new Base model to both slicktop and marked units.

-Lowered file size on both slightly.

-Remapped interior to be less "noisy".

-Fixed wraparound on Marked unit.

-Fixed issues with ELS flashing strangely.

-Fixed rear passenger door handle not being black.

I know this is probably a really dumb question, but how do I change which skin shows up? Right now the only one that spawns is the San Andreas HP, can't seem to spawn it as the regular police model.

you can either change livery with trainer or move the skins around in the .ytd file.

    Now let me preface this by saying, I have your CHP Mega Pack too. with the 2013 FPIU in the Police3 slot and it was working fine until I updated to the latest RPH and along with it the latest version of GTA5.  Of course with the updates, I had to reinstall my carvariations and vehicles meta files so all my cars would work right.

     

    When I started the game up, the lights on the 2013 FPIU were flashing outside of the light bar. But it was no big thing because I've been wanting to update to the new Explorer. So I down loaded the this file.

     

    I'm still having the same issue with the lights flashing around the car or not flashing at all.

     

    I've went in and added the lines in the carvarations meta and updated police3 in the vehicles meta as shown in your readme's but still having the same issue.

     

    Any help here will be much appreciated, even if I have to revert back to the 2013 FPIU.

     

    I'm thinking something in the GTA5 update changed the way police3 acts.

    Are you using ELS or non ELS.

    Sorry Hurk, I'm using the non-ELS version.

     

    I'm not using ELS at all.

     

    I should have posted this in the Non-Els version.

    Very nice vehicle.  I now use this as my default.  Only bug is the glowing light on the driver side near the side mirror.  Once that's fixed it will be perfect.  Let me know!

    My vehicle is doing weird light's outside the vehicle instead of on the vehicle how can this be fixed I still don't know how I got this to work for the light's but they work but the Suv's don't have the light's working right for some reason

    I believe you are using the non-ELS version. This is the ELS version.

    Been looking for an unmarked FPIU and stumbled upon this. Granted it does not come with an unmarked livery choice, I decided to keep it because it's such a great model. Do you by chance know where I can find an unmarked texture that will fit this model?

    I'm relatively new to modding new vehicles in game. I followed the instructions and the vehicle is there in game, however the light bar on top doesn't work, and I can't get siren mastery to work with it. I love the vehicle other than that

    This vehicle doesn't use Siren mastery, it uses ELS

    This is an awesome model. You did a great job here, especially on the lights. 

    It's probably a really stupid question, but what would I have to do to change it to a single color? As in an unmarked car. I already tried painting my own, but I can't seem to change the livery using Menyoo. And if I remove the original texture and only leave mine in, it becomes this messed up greenish one, which tells me I did something wrong.

    @Thehurk What an amazing model that you have here! Love the entire set up and love the fact that you used the fog lights. That seems to be something not a lot of creator's take advantage of when it comes to the 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility.

    Only complaint that I have is in reference to what @jimbo8282 recently commented. If you look in the attached image, it seems like a headlight lod appears on the driver's side door there, right underneath the sideview mirror. Not sure if it's even possible to change; however, it will not affect me using this amazing vehicle, just wanted to give a little feedback.

    Amazing model and vehicle. The only 2016 FPIU to eve install in my game. Have two things to say though; however they aren't a dealbreaker for me, just thought you'd like to know. 

    On both the slicktop and non-slicktop model,  they have an issue with a random white light emitting from underneath the driver's side mirror. But on the Slicktop model, the lights in the rear passenger windows don't flash the same. On the drivers side they flash together with a nice change between blue and red but on the passengers side they flash separately and only in red. Hope my pictures do justice, if not let me know and I'll collect some more.

    @Thehurk hey man, I’m not so familiar with ELS how do I throw on your Traffic Advisor on your lightbar? I see the lighting but nothing on the bar.

     

    Also how do I get the vehicle to change lighting patterns when I change my siren tone?
