So my RHP is saying i can't play version v1032, because RHP isn't supporting it. Well if you go to RHP download page, that version is not available. What can i do??

you need RHP 52 for game version 1032 i believe that will support scripthookV

my els won't start, when i get in a ELS compatible vehicle the light are permanent on, and the menu  does not open, sorry for my english but i need help

You need to install the XML or you have two of the same vehicle name installed

i did it but it does not work, i install the car in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/MODDING/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf

So you er using Albos modding correct? Did you install the carvariations?

i do not know what it is "carvariations"

check youre scripthook. gta 5 has an update.  scirpthook on the other site did not release an update at the moment.

Ok so the copy of RPH 52 isn't working for some reason. When i start RPH it starts as if a fresh install, then goes to the window with all the green checks making sure I have everything i need, and then................nothing. Any ideas? Bc i wan't to play so bad and use ELS but cant with the new patch or RHP bc ScriptHook V hasn't been updated.

revert your game version to the previous version before the update the block gta.exe in the firewall 

Same here, installing old RHP won't work. Delete the 3 scripthook files in order to play without any mods. Now... we wait.

It's a file inside your game. OpenIV will find it if you have access.

I updated my scripthook but my els is still not working.

for els to work do i just need to put the files on gta v directory and add an els enabled vehicle with openiv i dont have to edit anything else?

Things you need and where to install

• The Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015,
• The GTA V C++ ScriptHook loader by Alexander Blade .
• A good “visualsettings.xml” file modification to ensure ELS lights don’t appear dim or dull.
• The presence of pro-ELS vehicle models.
Tip: A code reading program (such as Notepad++) is highly recommended for viewing and editing ELS configuration files, especially those in “.xml” format.
Installation
Installing ELS may be done in a few easy steps:
• Place the ELS.asi, ELS.ini, and ELS folder into your main GTA V game directory (this is the same folder that houses the gtav.exe file) overwriting any older ELS versions.
• Unless you already possess the following file and it is more recent than the one provided, place the AdvancedHookV.dll file into your GTA V game directory.
• If you do not already have any, download and install pro-ELS vehicle models to use with ELS.
• Launch your game

Hey 

whenever I try to use my sirens or lights they dont work... 

It only works using police1, but police 2,etc dont work

(Yes its installed and yes im clicking j)

Is there any way to change which sirens are used on which vehicles? I want to hear the proper tones from my siren packs rather than just the default police tone. There's a way to change the sirens in the XML but i have no clue what to change it to to get the right one.

You can use Siren Mastery by Albo1125, which is what I use.
