EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
- To do so, add the following to your settings.ini:

[FLAGS]
SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
```
- The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
- The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
Updated easter eggs.

I tried to follow the uninstall steps but I can’t find any of those folders in OpenIV but I do have eup in the game

What version of RAGENativeUI are you using? Try this one RAGENativeUI 1.6.3 Link below

I am using 1.6.3.

EDIT: I feel like a dumbass, I put them in the wrong GTA V folder after I deleted the old version in the other. Totally my mistake.

So, EUP Menu isn't working for me. I followed all steps for EUP Law and Order and for the menu, but when I try to load it I get an error. It says mpchristmas2 and mpxmas_604490 isn't locared in dlcpack. Says to make sure they are in update/update.rpf/common/data/ inside dlclist.xml, well I checked and they are in there. What could be wrong?

I installed both the Law and Order and serve and rescue, installed them properly and then got the menu. However when i start up i get an error stating i need RageNativeUI 1.6.0 or higher to use the plugin. But i have the latest version. Any ideas?.

eup crashes everytime i load in. try to reload the plugin and it still crashes. ???????

I am having issues. It's an error. Here is a screenshot of the ''error''. Also I am getting an error that eup cant find the patchday 14 but you do have patchday 14.

Not sure why, but when I install this (or it's Law & Order mod's issue, not sure) it does not work and crashes. I had to delete, uninstall and reinstall my GTA V and mods for GTA V to work again. I used OpenIV to uninstall it from there and I removed the plugin, and put the updated version of RAGENativeUI again. What the heck have I done wrong here? It says the file is corrupt, so idk if it is the file's fault or not. Thanks.

This corrupts my GTA V files. Happened to me twice now, so not sure what I am doing wrong. Would be awesome to get some assistance, please.

Were you installing it into the mods folder or directly into the game?

Hi, I have a quick question. Does this mod effect your FPS. Cause I currently play on 29 fps (no worries, i'm 'bout to buy a good PC), but I don't want it to drop more.

Is anyone having an issue where the game will not load and the last thing ragehook plugin shows loaded is the EUP menu? I just recently updated RageHook to 0.63.1224.15140 and am now getting a infinite load screen.

I redid my mods folder from scratch. The game loads, but the EUP menu crashes as soon as it loads.

@PieRGud Is it possible to bypass the startup checks? I have EUP installed as a stand alone DLC. I'm able to use the content via SimpleTrainerV but EUP Menu won't work as it thinks the content is not installed.

@Unit316 Yep. On the EUP Discord, look at the pinned messages for the #eup-support channel and you'll find an EUPMenu.dll with install-checking removed.
