Well one, you could read the settings file since it's in detail there. But here; Go to your settings file and where it says

look up the kickbackspot on youtube and find  the gta4 tut there is now 5 and they are cracked.

hey guys could use some help. I downloaded this but am getting a lot of fire trucks and not many cars. Is there a way to increase traffic flow? When I downloaded the script, I only got a read me file, Trafficflow.net.dll and a file that just says trafficflow but all that is in it is a red me type of folder. Am I doing something wrong?

your'e fine. that third file is your ini file. just put that file and the dll in your scripts folder (provided you have on at this point).

hey guys! I could really use your help. PM me if you can please! I installed this mod thinking it would help increase traffic flow. So far it is not. I have a lot of bare streets with little to no cars. I see more taxis and police cars then I see any other. Is there a way to increase the other cars in this mod and less police and taxis? If so, please help me out an explain to me where I need to go. When I down loaded it, there were only three things. I placed these two in the folder trafficflow.net.dll and trafficflow but not the readme file.

Try getting DiversePD script. That should add the FBI and polpatriot

This mod might need an update for 1.8.

EDIT: Nope, Spripthook is not working. This mod may work if Scripthook is updated, which is said to be soon.

This one works fine for me but not when I download all the scripthook and asi files seperately on my own. I have to use the GTA 4 2020 Complete Edition ASI Loader + ScriptHook Mod - GTAinside.com file. Even then when I use it I practically can't load my game. Everytime I load an autosave (maybe even manual save I haven't tried with that yet) I only have about 3 seconds before the game shuts down. So basically if I want to not go through the normal GTA IV traffic I have to play without loading any saves. I made an account just for thisPLEASE HELP!!

complete edition [the newest gta 4 version] is incompatible with 92% of every mod made for GTA, so if you use the complete edition version, it will crash
downgrade to use this mod and ELS, etc etc

Before the re-release of GTA IV on PC, Traffic Flow was put in my game to prevent the influx of the taxi bug. In 2024, this script causes ENB to have severe input lag during loading screens and indoors and eventually causes texture loss. If anyone else can't narrow down the cause of texture loss, this script may be why. Sadly, I can not use this script anymore, but in hindsight, this enables me to patrol in LCPDFR with 10 ELS cars, ENB, HD Roads, and max graphic settings.

Edit - Uncapped FPS causes ENB input lag, however, Traffic Flow is still responsible for introducing memory leaks to GTA IV.

Edit 2 - Downgrading GTA IV with Andre's tool and adding the patch 7 files (found on G T A  A L L - without spaces) to the downgrade resolves most of the additional memory leaks. Perhaps Andre's downgrader tool is missing something the original patch does not have, but all is working now. Additionally, installing IV Tweaker seems to help stabilize the game even further.
