Hey everyone,

Today I bring to you a 1998 retired CVPI vehicle (Yes I know i've seen a 2011 CVPI, Charger, and even 2016 FPIU already. However they felt to new to be retired already, to me anyways) However I made this one for my own personal use and got lots of request to share it so figured I would upload it for everyone else to enjoy. 

The reason for the creation is that I wanted to make the police impersinator call out a little more unique and different each time I would get the call that would involve the stanier. Mine is a 1998 CVPI that is multi-livery enabled with a faded black and white paint job, Maroon, White, Black, and Dark Blue so that one is never the same. Also the vehicle has 4 extra's to make it stand out or not stand out as much. All three antenna's on the trunk are extras, the Working Spotlight is an extra, and Finally the Rambar is an Extra. This way when you get the call it isn't just the same stanier.

 

 

Installation:

Replace the stanier files (Vehicle Model) files at the below location:

\GTA V\X64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

Replace the Vehicles meta at the below location in OPEN IV:

\GTA V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta

Thanks everyone for the feedback on the things that are off. I'll swap out the ram bar today, remove the computer, and remove the electronics of the console (but keep the console in still), and I believe blackjesus spotlight that is dev is not led and if so I'll use his instead to look more correct or try to make it look more led like.

 

Will have a new version with the fixes hopefully later today.

 

Edit: New version uploaded. Forgot to take pictures of the interior changes but they are there.

I like this car but the spotlight looks glitched. The texture looks like shiny aluminum foil and there's a persistent 3d model of the inner rim of the spotlight (even w/ the spotlight disabled).

The oreo skin needs black X's on the white doors, or nasty fugly black paint smeared over the white, as in California its actually against the law to drive retired oreos "stock" like that.
