I hope you enjoy this skin currently I'm still working on this project just wanted to share what I have done so far, please rate and comment on what you guys think or what could be done differently, I am going to change the color of the blue into a different color shade of blue.

I've changed the shade of blue to be a little lighter. I think this shade of blue looks better

Well the title is certainly accurate...

That being said, there's really nothing going on with this texture. It's simplistic yes, but it's not effective in my eyes. Nothing about it makes me want to jam up that download button unfortunately.

I'm pretty new at this, this only my fourth one that I have done

I understand, my first few textures weren't all that great either. Perhaps you should look at recreating/altering some real life department designs before delving into your own custom designs, it'll help you get a feel for designing liveries effectively. What program do you use to create your liveries?
