if you tried automatic installation, try manual installation instead. for some patchday9ng doesnt work. so try to install them at the most recent patchday(number)ng you have.

Patchday9ng is the most recent I have, did it manual and stills update after I launch and nothing new. The Files that I put in "x64e/models/cdimages/pedprops.rpf/" dissapear after the update. The ones in Patchday9ng still remains.

thats strange....no one reported an issue just like this one.......mmm....you are putting then in mods folder?

Just tried with the mods folder. This time the game didn't updated but no cool cops still :(

My problem has been fixed. I just did an automatic install on the "mods" folder and It worked 10/10 :sweat:

So if anyone happens to have the same problem just reinstall in the "mods" folder with OpenIV, seems like the DVD or Rockstar Warehouse version of the game tends to replace the files that had been changed by the original ones. (So, if you edit an .RPF file, the game will download the original one and replace it, so you have done nothing)

yes. i just been busy at the moment and i couldnt get to work on other peds.

do you know when we could expect it? And also can you remove the annoying thing on the back with the tazer its like a oxgyen thing it werid looking and does not match but keep the tazer. If you can thanks!

The camelback is part of the model and cannot be removed yet, as soon as it can be it will be. Noone likes that thing.

Yeah i also dont like that thing...so as soon as we can export odr files from autodesk 3ds max i will, but currently we cant. The tazer in the future will be changed with a proper one. (Size and format of a real tazer)

it shouldn't cause LSPDFR to crash, its a stable ped made with stable GTA V components so....make sure that other mod is not working properly please....

News for V4:

Ped edition has arrived to zmodeler3. As soon as all the corresponding fixes are made by oleg to make the new models work in game properly i will release an update with proper tazer model. Belt with tazer, flashlight and possibly handcuffs. The waterpack from the back of the vest will be deleted also. More will be added.

V4 coming soon ;)

What directory does the OIV install to? I'm trying to replace this uniform with another one in x64e/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y, however it's not working. Meaning the OIV installed the files somewhere else that is taking precedence over the default directory.

Nevermind, just found it in patchday9.

On another note, I know it seems like a weird request but is there anyway to 'fuse' the options together? I'd like to be able to wear the duty belt w/gun & nightstick AND the drop leg holster at the same time. Is there any way you could make that happen?

Very cool. Think you could make a British SAS for SWAT replacement? The fm12 gas mask for the multiplayer character would look nice on it!

Yeah i will try that in the future. I also planned on doing a GIGN one...with the helmet with glass and a mask :). But all these are projects....i dont know when i will have time to work on them.
