Welcome to VocalDispatch for LSPDFR!

If you watched the video, remember that Charlie 63 is my unit number - not something you need to say to make it work. You should choose your own identifier.

DISCLAIMER: Although I am not done working on VocalDispatch, I've become extremely busy with work and will not be working on it for a while. I will offer the best support I can, but my response times will be slower.

Features:

Communicate verbally with dispatch
Accept a callout verbally
Request backup (code 2, code 3, pursuit, air unit, SWAT, ambulance, firetruck) verbally
End current callout verbally
Tow truck and transport support (via Arrest Manager)
Custom Backup and Better EMS integration
Responses to status (show me <status>) and detained/in custody reports for videos and added immersion
Varied and appropriate responses to verbal communication
Developer API for integration with third party software

To use features provided via Arrest Manager, you will need to install Arrest Manager by Albo1125, version 7.9.1.0 or higher. You can get it here:

To get the best backup and EMS functionality, please install the following two plugins.

VocalDispatch will automatically use both of these plugins, if installed.

Non-English Languages

It is possible to use VocalDispatch in other languages. You can do this by editing the {GTA V}\plugins\lspdfr\VocalDispatch\default.xml file to reflect the appropriate words in your language and changing the locale setting in {GTA V}\plugins\lspdfr\VocalDispatch.ini. If community contributors wish to translate the files and upload them for a certain language, I will add them here.

Great mod! but I have a problem.. with ambulance not have problems, but when call backup game accept command, but unit not appaired... have last custom backup plugin version and work with button but not with vocal command....

I have just installed the mod.

When I press Raltgr it immediately respond with "didn't copy" and after two or three times doing that, nothing happens when I press the key

The log or error looks like this after loading

Try putting your VocalDispatch Audio in

Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\audio\scanner as the location has changed for audio now. Correct me if im wrong @turbofandude

The immediate denial of listening seems to be because of an in-game issue with the story. Someone else reported that they hadn't completed the prologue and that was causing that issue. Regarding sound location changes, I'm not aware if it has, but I've been out of it for a while now, so it's distinctly possible I missed something. Please feel free to PM me if you have more info on this (comments/replies here I may not see, PMs I always answer).

I am also having this issue. Same thing where I push the talk/radio button and it shows the message on the left then quickly goes away. After one or two tries it stops all together. In regards to the "prologue" if you mean by the actual game story. I played through a good chunk of it before downloading these mods. I know this isn't of much help but hopefully any tid bit helps.

This mod is amazing, But I got one problem. Every time when I say "Shot fired, shots fired!" It does its thing and calls backup for me. I hear sirens about 15-20 seconds and then it gets quiet and none of the officers shows up. This is including requesting assistance for like a traffic stop backup. They never show up, unless I click "B" and select one from the backup menu and they actually come. If someone can find out the problem that would be awesome. Thanks

if its saying didnt copy try again. be aware VC is very picky and youre lucky to get it to recognize you 5+ times in a row

You don't have to do anything to get them to talk to each other, they work together automatically.

I used to love using this mod, but ever since re-downloading the 0.4 compatible version it hasnt worked. In this F4 console i can see that it all loads up sucessfully after I go on duty but when i press RAlt nothing happens, its set to RMenu and set to give me a tone to say it's recieving but i dont even hear the tone. How do i fix this?

Its in "policesmartradio.xml" inside the vocaldispatch folder, that xml is included with police smart radio. Its called "pedcheck".

I usually phrase it as "requesting person check" and it works.

If you dont have that xml, maybe redownload police smart radio, since it should be there.
