That is a "special Deputy" the real deputies wear Black and Gray, I don't really have a good patch to work off with that one. I am glad to make a Hamilton County ped. I am infact working on it, It will take a bit of time to ensure decent quality.

oh, okay. I'll just add the link to this uniform. Also it's not just for Hamilton county, basicly every Ohio Sheriff looks like that :)

if you can convert it to GTA IV or have somebody use a LCPD Model and make textures for it 

I tried to convert it myself but couldn't figure out how to do it. I have problems making textures so I can't remake it.
