Hello Everyone.
 
After around 2-3 weeks working on this pack, on and off with other projects, of course, I have finally completed this one; which is based out of Kershaw County, South Carolina.
 
Features
 
Offers 8 Different Vehicles (with or without Unit Markings 1 HEAT Unit, 2 Target Zero Units 4k Hand Traced Badge [except for the seal] (as with most of my badges) Hand Traced Plates.  
 
This pack, of course, is the first one I have really completed and uploaded, so I am not truly expecting as many hits as other GFX Dev's out there, nor do I expect this pack to be perfect, so feedback is greatly appreciated!

You ever wondered why there are no Cincinnati Police Uniforms? Sure they're a bit different than your average one but I see them as unique, it makes them stick out, so I present to you... Cincinnati Police Uniforms (And before you complain about the patch quality, half of the time it shouldn't even be there [I could of just make it a insignia but eh I said "to hell with it. Also the patch quality keeps the GTA5 Standards)

Eh, they were laying around here so I figured I'd upload them. First texture so no hate, I put them up to GTA5 Standards with mid quality patches.

My whole reasoning to make this was because I felt that this community lacked North Carolina's sense of law enforcement, Most people focus on California or some other random state. But for all North Carolinian's enjoyment, I present to you the Raleigh Police DEPT Skins
