Lenny's Mod Loader (LML) makes modding GTA V a lot more easy and streamlined. No need to modify game files. No need to redo a mods folder each update. Effortless downloading and unmatched intergration with the LCPDFR.com website.   We've polished the intergration with LCPDFR.com to make it much more intuitive. Previously, downloading with LML wouldn't give you any feedback on your browser. We couldn't show you if we encounted an error sending the download to LML (for example, maybe you had forgotten to start LML), or if the download had actually started, you had to tab out and check this for yourself. Starting today, we've rolled out our new LML download flow. Now you can see if the download managed to beam to LML successfully, as well as the progress of your download all inside your browser tab.    To make sure you can take advantage of this feature, make sure you're using a recent version of LML's ModManager (at least lml_beta_047.zip or higher). For those of you who are on an old version of the game, you can continue using the old flow simply by following the instructions on the page.   Lenny's Mod Loader has also received an update today (0.4 Build 8339) fixing compatibility with 16Mb+ models on the latest patch version (2699.16), please make sure to update if you are using a mod that requires it, for example, Coastal Callouts.

Over the past few months, we've been working on a project to upgrade LCPDFR.com to the latest version of the community software that we use, with a new, refreshed design.   As a special bonus for you, our Insiders, we'd like to invite you to take a look at the new website before it goes live later this month.  There are a significant number of changes across the board which we hope will help to breathe some new life into the website and its current design, which is a little bit messy.    We are very open to feedback regarding both the new features and design, and would be appreciative if you could share your thoughts with us below.  I should note that this is a fairly big change and I'm sure there's things that will take a bit of getting used to for all of us.   Included below are a note from @Cyan about the new website, as well as the changelog so far, which we encourage you to read first.   Important notes about the Staging Environment   Quote   Hi everyone,    Thank you for having a look at the new LCPDFR.com. Grand Theft Auto V is FREE through the Epic Games Store through May 21st. If you've ever wanted to play LSPDFR but couldn't afford the game, now is your chance!    Due to high demand the site is currently down, but Epic is adding more capacity and it should be up soon. RagePluginHook hasn't been tested yet with this version of the game but will likely have support soon. 

More than just a callout pack, this mod features a massive DLC with new boats, helicopters, planes, buildings, peds, maps, and other game changes; includes new features like a throwable life preserver ring, working helicopter hoist, and cargo planes which can transport and air-drop equipment.

Comments and questions regarding EUP have exploded since LSPDFR 0.4, I'm breaking the silence today with news and showcase material.   First has been quite a year for my self, lots of changes in my life. EUP was on hold for I don't know how long, but I feel great and myself and the team had been working hard over the past few months not only to bring new content but basically a new mod, yup don't look for a changelog in the next update. Initial release baby. So much have changed and it's nothing like the current official release and let's be honest I have not written down anything about changes in EUP 8.0. Hope you will enjoy this trailer I made quickly.       This year we made an amount of 2200$ with my new Patreon page, all thanks to supporters for their contributions in the developpement of this mod. With these contributions I was able to replace my dead computer and cover the fees for software that I use to make this mod. Hello,   We are aware that there are persistent outages at the moment. We are aware this is annoying and are working on a solution. It's just as annoying for me as it is for the rest of you.   As of a few minutes ago, we have put further automatic technical measures to detect and attempt to automatically fix certain issues.   For the technically minded - There is a particularly annoying fatal bug right now with the frontend load balancers going down every few days, I've had a look into what's causing this and the problem is in no way immediately obvious. It looks as though it is some very bizarre attack that confuses nginx's internal connection management, or perhaps a flaw in our in-house DDoS prevention modules that causes a deadlock in some fashion - that someone is exploiting to their advantage, or is innocently failing. Until we pinpoint the bug, we've now put into place a suite of tests that check if our servers are responding the way they should be, and if they aren't the appropriate server will be automatically restarted and any caches cleared.

Hey all, Recently the OpenIV team has made the carcols.ymt file available as an XML file which allows editing. Big thanks to them for that as this is what makes this project possible. Vehicle developers are probably familiar with this and most, but not all, vehicles currently released have been configured to work with sirensettings 1. Looking in the carcols we can see exactly where siren setting 1 is configured and learn about the structure of sirens. So far, here is what I have learned: The game engine caps the maximum number of sirens at 20 per sirensetting. Custom sirensettings can be added to the file and used. Corona colors and intensity can be edited for each individual siren (format for color: AARRGGBB). They can also be removed completely. Each individual siren can have it's own individual flash pattern (and these can be user created, not just selected from a list) Headlight and taillight flashing can be configured with custom flash patterns - one user has already released a modification that enables headlight flashing. You can set the number of "beats" per minute that the lights will flash using sequencerBPM value. This value will apply to all of the sirens for that specific sirensetting. You can set individual sirens to be rotating or non-rotating and configure their speeds.   So far I have not done any work with rotating lights. For non-rotating lights, the flash pattern can be custom configured by editing the sequencer value under "flashiness" for each siren. In the snippet of code posted above, the siren uses the following configuration: <sequencer value="1431655765"/> At first glance it looks to be just a random number. This is actually a 32-bit integer, and when you view it in binary, the flash pattern becomes clear: 01010101010101010101010101010101 So this siren uses a simple alternating flash pattern - off, on, off, on, off, on, etc. These can be configured to create new and far more complex flash patterns than are currently in the game. Along with increasing the sequencer beats per minute you can create some neat stuff.   Here is a (very quickly) thrown together demo to showcase possible patterns. This vehicle uses 6 sirens: two for all the red and blue lights, two for the traffic advisor (which is an extra), and two for the headlight strobes. The headlight strobe coronas have been modified to be white and the vehicle uses a completely custom sirensetting. The pattern for the red and blue lights has been customized for alternating speeds.   Again, this is just rough stages of research so far, but I wanted to share what I had found with the community. Hopefully this will be useful for vehicle developers in designing cars which are non-ELS but offer similar levels of functionality. I will be updating this thread with further research as I discover new things.   Thanks for reading and happy modding!

Hello there! I’m the new Content Editor for LCPDFR!  The staff in recent weeks have been busy completely reworking the download section of the website as well as announcing the development of LSPDFR 0.3, so the news feed has been pretty quiet.  I figured it’s time for some change, who knows maybe you can even find your name on the news feed!
